I am a fan of this tapas bar with an excellent cellar. The new location is larger, comfotable and good looking. The quality has not changed and this visit again was a joy. The Chirlas were fresh and delicious, the japanese salad a wondeful surprise, the chuletitas excellent, crispy but not overcooked. The only let down was the steak tartare, the tabasco bottle may have fallen while the chef looked the other way. Excellent cellar and house wine, this is a spot not to miss in Madrid.
