The location is not central nor attractive in its own, although the views from the 30th floor restaurant are beautiful.

Double bedroom on the 14th floor was standing business fare, not charming but a nice standard.

Unfortunately this hotel is completely let down by the poor quality of food.

Undrinkable coffee for breaks.
Basic, unhealthy breakfast.
Passable lunch.
A decent but basic attempt at serving tapas for dinner.

Nowhere near what a five star hotel should be able to deliver.

We were a 300 people business event. The large room had awful sound system and seats, although group rooms were ok.

I've stayed a couple of times in the Eurostars Tower. The area is bleak and soulless, surrounded by high-rise offices and facing a major arterial road. The hotel is something of an oasis, with low lighting, warm and friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Food is, to my mind, overpriced but there is little else in the area. It was perfectly located for my work, since my client had offices in another part of the same building. Good quality but could offer lower priced food and drink.

We booked 3 rooms for a 4 day trip to Madrid. (The 6 of us are from various parts of the planet)
Parking- We drove down from Barcelona. Underground parking with lifts into the lobby. Reasonably priced (by U.K. Standards)

Reception - Arrived at 10pm. Staff were polite, friendly and accommodating. Everyone spoke English.

Rooms- Comfortable. Clean. Modern. Basic amenities are provided.
Room service is thorough.

Bathroom/ Toilet- clean, modern with excellent water pressure.

Restaurant - small & a bit pricey. Limited menu but food was tasty.

Breakfast - good selection with very friendly and helpful staff.

Nearby
- Lots of restaurants within 10 minutes walking.
- Metro is about 15 mins walk
- Real Madrid Football Stadium is about a 20 minute walk.

Overall, we loved our stay here & will definitely come back if we're in Madrid again.

This is the second time I have stayed here and I will continue to come back as the hotel is very good. The restaurant on the top floor is a must visit with fine dining at reasonable prices. I highly recommend the Iberian pork.

The hotel was very busy on my visit and the front desk staff seemed to struggle with the volume hence service was slow...this is the only reason the hotel gets four stars rather than five

In Dec. 2016, my colleague and I spent six nights at this hotel and I simply have nothing to complain about. The location is very convenient for a business person as it is located on Cautro Torres Business Area, but you would be confronted with very quiet time at night when most businesses close.
The bellboys were very helpful especially on a rainy day when we needed a taxi. They would walk to the main street under the rain to find us a taxi that might be passing by. There was a shopping Centre close by called La Vaguada and some very good restaurants in the area.
The breakfast selection was royal, and the city view was great as we would witness the sunrise at about 7:45. The servants were quite friendly. Rooms were spacious.
There was also a business seminar going on for a couple of days but the quality of service did not change.
I strongly recommend the hotel for a business trip.
