Stayed for 3 nights with a friend for a shopping weekend. We arrived earlier than expected and were met with a friendly receptionist who let us check in early as our room was available so we were very pleased with that.
All the staff spoke English and were very helpful and friendly. The room was nice, very modern, electric blackout blinds and personalised spotlight lighting. Large smart tv and very comfortable beds. There is a pillow menu and room service. Nice selection of toiletries are provided too.
The reason I gave 4 stars out of 5 is because of a few things, there was one full length mirror in the bedroom which was blocked because of a dropped ceiling light, the lighting in the bathroom made it absolutely impossible to apply make up or do hair properly, so you would return to the main bedroom to use its mirror but couldn't because of the ceiling light. The shower was great, powerful and had jets and in its own wet room but the tiled floor was obviously not dipped to make the water flow into the drain and the water flowed out onto the bathroom floor and hallway. Breakfast was nice and plentiful but too expensive to justify paying for it every day. The evening menu was far too pricey to even justify trying, (€16 for a sandwich) I'd rather spend the money on a taxi into sol and find a...Stayed for 3 nights with a friend for a shopping weekend. I would definitely stay here again as I felt very relaxed and welcomed but the overall design of the rooms was definitely more bachelor pad than that of any practicality.More
