This is a great little tapas bar which is almost a restaurant given it offers tables to sit at as well as the bar side experience. It is small, the decor rustic and like all good real Spanish tapas bars, very noisy when it is in full swing but isn't this what we are really wanting to experience whilst in Spain? The food is really good without being anything like fine dining and nor should it be trying to be. There is a wide range to choose from and several choices of the size of serves. After enjoying the complimentary welcoming tapas dish we shared a salad, one tapas dish and a serve of paella which together with a bottle of wine made for a very satisfying amount of food for the two of us. The salad was simple but very sharp and absolutely fresh, the paella excellent value for €7 and the white anchovies on toast - well they were divine. The service was great, the menu was in English and Spanish and the vibe brilliant and as for the cost - who can complain about €14 for the food. Loved it.
