Great hotel for Madrid airport overnight. Ten minutes from airport via good and dependable shuttle. Excellent contemporary and well-designed rooms of highest amenities and qualities. Has everything you would want or need. Great night's sleep. Remarkably low price -- we've paid three times this for similar high quality in other cities. Only negative was central kitchen breakfast smells entering rooms.

We chose to stay at Nuevo Boston after reading a lot of reviews and price comparison. We used the free shuttle to travel from the airport to the hotel and were pleasantly surprised upon our arrival. The hotel looked very clean and new with modern décor.

Our room was a nice size with a fully tiled bathroom. The hotel was very quiet and the staff was nice and tried to help us with printing our boarding passes even though we had some language issues.

We looked at the empty restaurant and passed on the buffet and opted to try room service. Our large hamburgers were pretty good and eating in our room allowed us to relax after a long day of travel. We enjoyed our breakfast buffet the next morning and while nothing was spectacular it was convenient and filling.

Overall, Boston Nuevo was a very good choice and we would stay there again should we travel to Madrid in the future.

Don’t forget to reserve the shuttle to the airport when you check in.

I stayed here for two nights, one more than expected for a connection fligh from africa to south america....the hotel is far from madrid proper but is easy to get around in bus/metro.....i first got a room with no external view, you could only see inside the building so i requested a change and was granted ......

Rooms are spacious for european and even american standards, with all amenities and the bathrooms are ok too......

Keep in mind this hotel is located on the outskirts of Madrid/Barajas airport and therefore is not a residential area.....make sure you plan ahead because nothing is close by to buy groceries or anything like that...i think i saw a carrefour market about a mile from the hotel by walking out the left and left again on next corner....

overall is ok, the breakfast good and decent fare per night, ill stay here again if had to catch another flight.

Room Tip: Make sure you get a room that faces the outside, not an 'internal' room.

We stayed here for one night as we had to catch a flight the following morning. The price was very good (£53) for what you got, which included shuttles to and from the airport as well as the town centre, and a buffet breakfast. The room was fine and the bed was comfortable. noisy while the restaurant was open. The location was quite close to the airport and it wasn't an area where you'd want to spend much time walking around. The hotel restaurant had a very limited selection of food in the evening but the breakfast buffet had a reasonable selection of options. I would stay here again if I needed a hotel near the airport.

Room Tip: Double or Twin Room with Spa Access is very good Rooms at hotel are bright and air-conditioned. Th...

Staying here for a couple of weeks due to the fact that I'm working in the area. Its very clean, friendly staff, very relaxing lounge and next to the airport. However, there is nothing in the area apart from Plenilunio Shopping Centre, and a couple of bars which are a 10/15 minute walk.

My biggest issue with staying at this hotel is the fact the website advertises that the pool opens on the 1st of May, when in fact it doesn't open until the 1st of June. It also advertises that it has an outside garden terrace, this is true however there is no where for anyone to sit. I asked twice for a chair so that I could sit outside, the first time the staff did not understand me, and the second time I was told that the hotel was not allowed to place any seats outside, which startled me for a four star hotel and a large restaurant/lounge with empty tables and chairs.

Overall, this hotel is very clean and modern, it would get full marks from me if they would allocate a couple of seats outside in the "garden terrace".

I overnight at the hotel annually, and I find it to be very clean, well managed, and the staff is friendly and forthcoming. I don't recommend staying there for longer than a couple of days, as there is nothing to speak of within walking distance. However, the place is self-contained in that it has a beautiful pool area, with an outside bar. Overall, a very nice hotel.
PS: there is no spa. I accidentally checked that section below and couldn't undo it

This hotel came as a surprise because some airport hotels are overpriced and not very good. Lovely large, airy and very clean rooms with excellent bathroom facilities and all the necessary shampoo, etc. for travellers. The staff were pleasant and even tho our Spanish is not good we had no problem at all.
Unfortunately because of a mix up in room number we did not receive our wake-up call but luckily we were awake anyway.
The buffet in the restaurant was fine but if you want very hot food (like we do) you need to ask it to be reheated. Excellent salad bar. One of the better hotels we have stayed in and would highly recommend. Shuttle service was prompt and pleasant.

Room Tip: To be honest the room we had was to the side I think and was so sunny and airy we had absoluutely no...
