This was perfect for our early morning flight - Shuttle was so useful. Picked us up and dropped us right at our terminal. Fast friendly and staff spoke English. Water pressure in the shower could’ve been better. More options for dinner would’ve been nice too.

This hotel was very easy to get to from Atocha (we took a taxi for 26 euros), the check in process was a breeze, and the room was nice. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant and enjoyed the dinner. Breakfast options were abundant the next morning and the airport shuttle is so convenient! Definitely recommend for a one night stay.

Very convenient hotel for the airport
Airport shuttle is a good service
Nice smell of bread in outdoor area as its next to a big bakery
Also try sister hotel which is nearer to centre of Madrid very good

Amazing hotel with the added bonus of a swimming pool and garden which was fantastic when we were there as it was very hot, lovely clean and comfortable rooms and great location for the Wanda Metropolitano Stadium which was the reason for our visit to see Bon Jovi perform there.

Great room, just wish the concierge were friendlier and more approachable. We're visiting from the US and our Spanish was not the greatest. When asked questions by the concierge, she seemed bothered that we didn't quite understand what she was asking.
