Who has a hotel that doesn't have a 24 hour menu. This is a hotel close to the airport catering to travelers with weird schedules. Make a limited menu 24/7. Ps the restaurant for lunch was crap. We had "ribs" which wee beef fat

This is located about 6 miles from the city center so with a rental car getting around is no problem. There was a van blocking the entrance and the front windows were being washed at check-in time so we had to park near the road at the end of the driveway. Because they did not have any luggage carts, we had to carry all the luggage into the lobby. Check-in went smoothly in English. We were in room 121 with 2 twin beds and 2 twin bunks. The structure and furniture are in very good condition given most is white leather. The living area is a nice size having a love seat, 2 chairs, ottoman and eating table but you give up a lot of room to walk with this furniture. There are 2 small closets with a few shelves and only 8 hangers. The bathroom is ample sized with basic toiletries accommodating 2 person if necessary. Our bathroom floor had dirt and debris on the edges and corners which I cleaned up myself for our personal comfort. The beds and pillows are comfortable and the sheets are in very good condition but they are not soft. Lighting is good throughout and there are black out drapes. We entered the room which was a bit warm and turned the A/C on to the coldest. 4 hours later the temperature did not change and we called the front desk who informed us to change the settings, which we did. Overnight, the internal temperature did not change, I believe it stayed around 78 degrees F. We called the front desk the next morning at 11:30 am to request a maintenance visit and no one showed up. We were uncomfortable with this temperature as it was warm for us. We had a coffee in the lobby bar/snack and it was 2.60 euros for a coffee. I don't think I would come back here and would be able to find a better place for us. I was disappointed because it is a very cool and hip decor.

Short ride to and from airport. Shuttle available but not frequently late at night. We waited forty minutes for shuttle. Scheduled rides back to airport are covenient. Family room was huge. Clean and comfortable.

I booked this hotel as they offered free shuttle service at all hours (we arrived late) and figured their family room would be a good option for us as we were travelling with our 1 year old twin boys.

The room was lovely and spacious with a good size double bed, fold out bunks and a cot that we requested. The decor is of a high standard. Due to the rest of the furniture (couch etc) in the room, they weren't able to provide another cot, but one baby was able to sleep happily in the lower bunk - barricaded in with our suitcases.

We arrived late at night and left the next morning after using their shuttle service again to pick up our rental car from the airport, so we weren't able to check out the neighbourhood.

The staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast was a little on the pricey side I thought, but of decent quality. I would recommend this hotel to someone looking for better than average quality accommodation close to the airport.

We have stayed here before because it is handy for M40 and airport. Friendly, efficient receptionist on check-in. Someone had been smoking in our first room so we were swiftly given another. Good size room with very smart, restful decor in browns and creams and dark wood floors. Easy chair looked very stylish but in fact was very uncomfortable to actually sit on. A great night's sleep in our big comfortable bed with no noise from outside. Large modern bathroom with great walk-in shower and thick towels. Takes an age to shake shower gel out of those long thin tubes though. Our reasonable rate included secure underground parking and delicious breakfast buffet with very efficient staff keeping everything in order. On check-out day things were manic downstairs. A whole plane-load of people whose flight had been cancelled were queuing to check in then have their breakfast. Fortunately we weren't in a hurry so were able to go back back to our room for an hour until things returned to normal.

Stayed here for one night either side of a holiday....room clean and comfortable beds. Reception average had to wait a long time for checking in. Ordered sandwich meals x2 one cMe after 45 min wait and the other 20 mins later, when we brought this to the attention of the staff we were told that the hotel was busy....
We left our car in the garage for 14 nights in safe car park. Average would be the word to describe our stay, disappointing in the lounge bar area, hardly any seating too.Dont accept a room at the front of the hotel, the courtesy bus is noisy all night long going to the airport

Room Tip: Choose the back of the hotel
