Wonderful helpful staff, great location right near the royal palace, and well-equipped clean room with a comfortable firm bed. We had a room high up on the back so it was quiet. Easy walking distance to pretty much everything, including the Prado (about 30 minute walk but worth it). The price was quite reasonable and a good value. Only complaints are that our room was near the elevator, which was a bit noisy, and there are seven or eight steps from the lobby to the elevator, which can be tough with a big suitcase. There was also a safe in the room but it wasn't affixed to anything so we didn't feel comfortable using it.

Room Tip: Back side is probably quieter than street side.

The hotel is very conveniently located just minutes from the Royal Palace, staff are very good and rooms are very spacious and modern. Our room was on the street side but heard no traffic noise due to the excellant double glazing.
My only complant is that the walls are thin and we heard a loud conversation from next door at 1 am, called reception and it was dealt with but could hear a lot of noise from other rooms most of the time.

I chose the Apartosuites due to the great reviews, despite my workplace suggesting alternatives and I'm glad I did! The reviews were all right - staff were universally excellent, including moving me to another room with absolutely no fuss at all due to a tiny baby screaming in the night followed by the same family's toddler stamping and screaming all morning!! So, not the fault of the hotel at all, but such a professional and calm response, and I was moved to another floor within 10 minutes of mentioning it!

Cleaning staff discreet and excellent, the kitchenette was ideal. I used hob to make an omelette a couple of times, but the little pack up of utensils and cleaning equipment was brilliant as I dined in on tapas bought from local shops a number of times!

The solarium is delightful - a unique view. And talking of views - even if you end up with a non Palace view, the back view is pretty special with the delightful mural on an adjacent building wall.

All in all, I'd definitely return if (when!) we return to Madrid, even if I am paying next time, as it strikes me as great value for money!

My fiance, his friend and I had a wonderful time in Madrid. The ApartoSuites Jardines de Sabatini was the perfect choice for our stay! We were able to get a suite that roomed all three of us at an awesome rate! The hotel was walking distance from everything we wanted to do in Madrid. And of course...the rooftop is lovely! Perfect place to bring a bottle of wine and relax after a day's worth of site seeing.

The front desk agent, Dima, was the man! He was very helpful in giving us restaurant suggestions, booking a flamenco show and booking a table at one of Madrid's biggest clubs! He definitely made our stay in Madrid that much more amazing!
