      Great first time in Spain!!!!

      I love the rooms here and they had a wonderful bar area. The view was facing another building but that's how it is in Spain.The front desk was very helpful in making our reservations for dinner.Very good bathroom size and closets had lots of space.Beds were really comfy.

      Super trip

      We really had a nice trip in madrid, especially in this super hotel. Nice, large and clean rooms. Great service. Good location to visit the city. We suggest westin palace for your travel in madrid.....

      Westin palace, Better than a Palace!

      It was a luxury hotel, I've been to at least 5 different Westins from which this was my favourite. Unfortunately I couldn't fully enjoy it because I stayed there only for 2 days but truly, it is amazing.

      Room Tip: Take the one with the best view!!

      Beautiful hotel and great service

      We were at the Westin Palace over Christmas and it could not have been nicer. The staff is helpful, courteous and welcoming. The breakfast buffet includes an extensive array of choices that range from very healthy to very decadent, as well as a highly competent and friendly omelette man and wait staff. The best part about breakfast is the room, which features a stunning stained glass dome. It's a perfect setting to begin the day. I look forward to staying here again one day.

      Great location

      This is a great hotel in the middle of everything. Clean, comfortable & calming after a long day in the city. Close to the museums and the metro, as well as shopping and many restaurants. Staff is extremely helpful - especially with restaurant suggestions.
