Just returned from a 5 night stay at this hotel, great location, super rooms, and beautiful 9th floor. What lets it down is the average breakfast, has all the usual requirements, but the quality of food lets is down. Do think staff are fine, but need to show they enjoy there jobs a lot more, and try to smile. Other wise very good.

Room Tip: superior rooms 8th floor very nice.

The location is perfect, very central. The hotel and personnel excellent. The only drawback is the noise from the street, but from inside the hotel as well. Very beautiful building, this hotel is surely recommended, especially if you're a heavy sleeper.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us here and for your stay. We appreciate your kind comments of our staff and hotel.

We are sorry to hear the noise disturb you during your stay. Sometimes is very difficult we have not any exterior noise since the hotel is located in a busy main road of Madrid. I aplogize for this and we take note and try to improve.

Thanks for taking the time and have a great day!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room spacious and quiet. Excellent location - we walked to all the main attractions in central Madrid. Air conditioning powerful.

We would certainly stay there again.

Room Tip: We were at the back and it was very quiet.

My wife and I stay here for 3 nights in early August. The room was big, and overall it was very clean. Location is good. I think I wouldn't stay on that main road next time though. We also stay on the 3rd floor, which at first I concerned about because of road noise, but never seem to be a factor.

We need notice a few ants on the floor one morning (10-15). We mentioned this to the front desk and never saw them again.

Breakfast was average.

Couldn't be happier. From the friendly staff, to the spacious, reasonably priced rooms, to the stunning rooftop views, this home away from home, complete with European sophistication and grace was all we hoped for and more. Highly recommended!

Room Tip: High floor only if facing Gran Via. Otherwise, it doesn't matter. 8th floor may be a bit noisy i...

This hotel gets good reviews throughout and it's easy to see why. Lovely large air conditioned room; very polite staff; beautiful furnishings in the bathroom with well stocked toiletries; but mist of all it couldn't be in a better location. Easy walking distance to all shops, restaurants, bars and attractions. In addition the breakfast at €10 is excellent value and sets you up for a day of sightseeing. The only thing that stops me giving it 5 stars is that the terrace (whilst pretty) doesn't really have views of any note, and I would have liked a cocktail menu. The room also suffered from a little late night traffic noise but after a hectic day in the City it didn't stop me from sleeping. If I return to Madrid, this will be t he only plAce I would stay!

Room Tip: As for one at the highest level; good views and not as much noise.
