The hotel is located in the central avenue of Madrid, that crosses down South to North.
It is easy to find, close to train/bus stations, and relatively close to airport.
The rooms have an average size, but are a bit "dark".
The carpet in the floor was old, and although well maintained and clean looked quite dirty.
Same for the bathroom, it seems that a renovation is needed.
The A/C was effective but vey noisy, i had to completely turn it off during the night.
The beds are comfortable with good quality pillows and sheets.
Breakfast was relatively poor, no hot dishes, only the basics. Fresh juice was available and a small variety of fruits.
Machine cofee and poor service and attendance.

Check-in and check out was quick and effective.
Generally it is an average hotel, nothing special, priced high (to my opinion), comparing to what is offering.

We were looking for a hotel that wasn't to expensive in Madrid and we found a good offer so we book it there.
We arrive to the Charmartin train station (is as big as the Atocha station) and it was pretty simple to get to the hotel more less fithteen minutes walk...just recommend to think about it if you have to many baggage with you.
The hotel is very big and well take care off.
The room that we get was very comfortable but they didn't have too many people attending so we had to take our luggage by our selves.
We start by regretting that the hotel was very far from the city centre and believe me the hotel gave us a map and the hotel wasn't in it! but we were so wrong. In front of the hotel there is the train station Plaza de Castilla and from there we were on the center in ten minutes.
Also we were very close to the Barajas airport.
I totally recommend this hotel and don't be mistaken by the distance.

This hotel is a good choice for a business trip to Madrid. On the other hand, it can also be chosen by the tourists just because of it's price and easy access to the city center through local transportation which bus and metro station is just a few steps away. Room is good in size and cleanliness. Breakfast is good and satisfactory. Only two shortages; first morning there was not hot water in the bath due to a technical problem which have resolved during the daytime, and there was no slippers in the room and even in housekeeping's hand.

This hotel is above average, in that the bed is very comfortable, the room was nice and clean, and it is right next to subway station which makes it convienient to get to the main touristy areas. The breakfast is very nice, although I agree with other people's comments in that it does get crowded and so being there early is helpful (although not always). The room service was sub-par - the food was not appealling to look at and was not very good, actually. There is really not much around the hotel in regards to shopping, things to see, or restaurants, but for me the location was perfect since I was there for work and it was a 2 minute walk to the office.

A good hotel comfortable clean and tidy. Breakfast is good except try not to eat at about 8am as the breakfast bar is very busy because this hotel is situated in the business area and everyone is eating before going to work.We stayed there because it was suppose to be close to the Real Madrid Football stadium but it is still a good 1.5 kms to the ground. The staff were friendly but their English Language is not real good. It is next to a Metro Station which travels into the city. There are some food places near the hotel but again the staff speak little English. Overall a tidy and comfortable hotel similar to the Premier range of Hotels in England.

Room Tip: All rooms are good

I stayed here during a recent business trip to Madrid. The location was perfect for me, just the right balance between the airport and city centre as well as the Chamartin railway station which I used for a trip to Northern Spain. The hotel has decent sized rooms and reliable wifi access. All nice and clean with a powerful shower. Breakfast was excellent and the restaurant was good - nothing mindblowing but good enough, only down side to the restaurant is the annoyingly small servings of soft drinks. The staff were chatty and friendly though, which is a plus. The area isn't one to explore and there aren't many cafes or restaurants to speak of, but it's a perfect hotel for business trips. The lifts can be congested in the morning.

Room Tip: Stay on a lower floor to avoid queueing for the lift in the morning.

The hotel looks like a business oriented one, not in the center of the city but in what looks like a financial area - very good connected via public transport but not so much to do there. The hotel itself is good, rooms clean and with enough space. Staff is average helpful, breakfast good but crowded at 8 am. Maybe a little too expensive if you go for personal reasons.
