Limited service. No Wi-Fi in room. Breakfast OK - good coffee but some of the fruit was old and dry as though it had been out for days.

Can't comment on location as booked for work so was close to the office.

Very nice hotel. Great location. Clean room. The staff were nice, but didn't know basic things, like where to take the bus to the airport!

The hotel has an ideal position, just few meters from the well known puerta del sol.Within walking distances u can see a number of important places,go shopping, choose from a number of restaurants, bars etc

Staff of hotel very helpful -before and during arrival! They had sent me analytical instructions on how to get to the hotel via metro along with a metro map (u have to change three lines but still pretty easy to reach hotel this way/ ticket 4,5 euro per person). then i wanted them to get some info abt pick up of tickets for a concert i was going to attend, and even as i was explaining to them what i needed, they were already calling the ticket company, searching at google, finding the info i needed asap

the only negative abt this hotel is that the room itself was small (at least the one we stayed on the 5th floor/ very quiet but very small but i didnt mind at all as we were only using the room to sleep at night!) the bathroom was pretty good, and was clean as well

all in all, i highly recommend this hotel as i consider it good value for money

We were really happy with the location of this hotel,it was on a quite street just off the Sol.The staff were very friendly ,breakfast was great and the room very clean.Three of us shared and we had enough room ,the beds were really comfortable. You can explore all of Madrid on foot from this hotel,we did and boy did my legs suffer for it-but soo worth it.I didn't know much about Madrid before I arrived but I would highly recommend a long weekend. It really is a beautiful city and very reasonably priced.

My husband and i spent the weekend at this hotel to attend the Madrid Masters ATP Tennis tournament. It was a double purpose visit, firstly to see the tennis and secondly to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. We could not have been more pleased with the choice of hotel. The hotel is immaculate and the staff were more than friendly. I do speak a little spanish which does help as there is a distinct lack of comprehension. If the rating is a 4star hotel then "english speaking staff" is high prioirty not only for engish speaking guest but for international guests also. Howver there is a fantastic female receptionist - only sorry i did not get her name - she was amazing. Very helpful and fluent in english. Apart from that this is a great hotel in a great location. Only a few minutes from the centre of madrid with access to shops, bars and restuarants. The metro station is only 5 minutes walk with access to all areas o Madrid. We had breakfast which is Euros 15 per person each per day. A little expensive but it is more than adequate to set you up for the day. All kinds of fresh meat, eggs, bacon and a full range of fresh fruit, croissants and pastries. The room we were allocated was on the 1st floor and we did not hear any of the noise coming from the street. So it appears we were lucky as i think it can be a bit noisy depending where your allocation of room is. Overall a great hotel in a great place. I would most definately recommend this hotel to anyone for business or pleasure.

Room Tip: Request a room which is not facing onto the street.

Stayed here on a layover. It took us a very long time to find this place as we thought it was more central, it is nearby Seville metro station. The rooms were very nice but a bit small. They give you free toiletries, a comb, a shoehorn, razor and toothbrush/tooth paste and even a needle and thread which were nice touches! Our room had a small balcony which was nice. They charge you a lot for the wifi which we were expecting to be free so we went to McDonalds which has free wifi with a very low signal. We asked for adapter and had to pay a deposit of €10 which we got back. People on the street beside it party well into the morning- when we woke up at 7 we could still here people screaming so unless you will be joining them or are a heavy sleeper this place is not for you!
