“Good find, if you're near IFEMA”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 9 February 2012

It did not look like a hotel, but more like a resort. But that's the looks. It was more of a motel, but a good one. Rooms are spacious, washrooms are good. The mini bar is well stocked. Breakfast is superb. Great selection of teas, breads, fruits and meat. Nice staff at the front desk.
For those who think its far off from the city, then taxi costs just 15 or 18 from Sol. And less than 20 minutes. The Metro Station Canillejas on the Olive Green line is about 10 minutes' walk and about 30 minutes to Sol.
The Cafe at the lobby is a great place to sit and relax with a nice but small selection of beverages and short eats.
Taking into consideration its proximity to the airport, and not that far from the centre of the city, with spacious rooms and a good breakfast selection, the price is very reasonable.
The only thing where one should not trust is, the shuttle service! Its basically name sake. Seats just about 7 people (i don't know why they have such a huge vehicle for that). And it moves only when full.
Great place. Would love to go back there!

Room Tip: I stayed at 51 and the row of rooms there seem to be rather alright.

This is not a 4 star establishment. It's not even a hotel. Osuna is a MOTEL and all local people can and will confirm that.

- polite but unfriendly staff
- old and dirty looking buildings
- stained carpets, curtains and walls
- damaged furniture
- the dropped ceiling was hanging way too low and pipes and cables were visible
- the beds must have been used for at least 3-4 years
- old, small TV set
- only soft drinks in the mini-bar
- 3" hole on the bed cover
- waited 55 minutes for the shuttle and used a taxi instead

The only thing 4 star in motel Osuna are the prices.

I did have fun with the English service list and menu:

the hotel provides to HIS guests... your luggage can be STORAGED... the breakfast includes EXCRAMBLED eggs, YOGHURT and DESCAFEINATED... the drinks are "better"
made with BELBEDERE vodka, and MANIATAN is the worst cocktail... I didn't enjoy the home MAKED cheesecake

The pictures I've taken of the place are available for any non-believers.

Rooms are tidy. Beds are a bit hard. Rooms contain locker, minibar. Be aware that not all rooms are non-smoking.

It looks Like a Very old stile hotel, to get to tour room you need to walk outside (better of it dosn't rain, as at the reception they do not grave umbrellas). Room is a tuo stars hotel room. Bed is also Very old and extremely noisy. Restaurant and breakfast as also no more than 3 stars category. If you do not get anything from minibar, in the invoice you'll find a Line saying "minibar" 1 EUR. They don't worry this is a city tax!!

One must call hotel from airport to arrange pick up. Van arrived at T4 in about 25 minutes and then 20 minutes to the hotel which is located in a residential area.
The hotel has seen better days and has an unique layout : two story town home like buildings which face a patio/pool area. Located by outside walkway via hotel driveway.
Problem was we were assigned the upper room which required us to climb a 16 step steep rusted metal staircase with two 40lb suitcases! Door to room was made of thin steel. After returning to the front desk to complain, I was told a ground floor room "had just become available" & went to see it. The room was much smaller & much darker so we stayed in the upstairs room.
Room was spacious & clean and the a/c worked well. Water temperature & pressure was fine. There is a small old TV & refrigerator. Pay WiFi is available and can be purchased at the front desk.
There is a Corte Ingles department store/supermarket about a 10 minute walk away.
Return to the airport's T1 terminal took less than 10 minutes.

Horrible. Do NOT stay here. It is not a 4 star hotel. Its is not even a one star hotel. Our room was horrendous. The wallpaper was peeling, the ceiling plaster was peeling off, the room was dirty and the sheets were stained. I carefully wrapped up our clothes as I was concerned with bed bugs. The staff were rude and discourteous. I would avoid this hotel at all costs. The bathroom lacked any normal amenities such as shampoo and conditioner. No internet access unless you pay an unreasonable charge. Definitely give this hotel a miss.

Room Tip: Look at room first
