This is a great hotel with very good service and modern rooms and decorations. We stayed on The Level floor and the service was eceptional. The breakfast was very good with many choices and freshly made churos and hot cholocate.

We arrived at 11 am after an early morning flight and were delighted to be able to check in early (normal check in time is 3pm). We were also offered an upgrade including breakfast for €30 per night, which I thought, given the standard breakfast charge, was very good value.

The lobby area is very impressive although we didn't really explore the hotel fully as we were out and about most of the time.

The room was huge with one of the biggest beds I've seen. Everything was clean and very comfortable. I would agree with some of the other reviews that the furniture is a bit old fashioned, but everything is very well maintained.

Breakfast was delicious, with a huge selection of food of every type and everything was frequently topped up. The bottles of Cava were a nice touch and the freshly made omelettes were my highlight. However, I would find it difficult to pay the standard price for breakfast, as it seems a bit extortionate consider the price of food elsewhere in the city during the day, but the quality is very good.

The hotel is a bit out of town, but the metro is close by and very easy to use. There are a number of nice little restaurants down the road - I'd recommend The Monk a few blocks further down the street. There's also a shopping centre a couple of streets over with some clothes shops and a nice grocers beside it.

I would definitely stay again if coming back to Madrid.

Stayed here for about a week on Business. The hotel tends to attract very large groups, so at times it was challenging to get back up to the 11th floor depending on what time the tour buses rolled in.

Room was good sized, but it was difficult to be able to get the room to cool off using the A/C. At times I just ended up leaving the window open at night to cool down the room.

As others have noted, the wifi tended to be flaky at times, so you might factor that in if you plan on doing significant work in the hotel. Bring a power strip if you need more than one plug.

Although I did not use the gym, I did go down and check it out - very small and only a few pieces of equipment.

Dear guest,

Thank you very much for sending your comments and sharing them with all users of TripAdvisor.

We are one of the hotels around Bernabéu Stadium and the option of too many people who want to see Real Madrid football team.

We had a punctual problem with the A/C but was solved as soon as we could.

We are doing a great effort to improve our WIFI service and we expect you'll check it in your next visit.

We don't have a big gym like the known big marks, but we have: areas for cardio-pulmonary activities and muscle building, toning and stretching, exercise bikes and elliptical cross trainer, treadmills, weights and multifunctional machines.

I recommend you visit our website and see the pictures of our gym.

Waiting for your again, receive a cordial greeting

This was the second visit in the space of 3 months, our previous experience was a little patchy, parking and the restaurant being the problems. It is a huge building, more like an office block. On both visits the hotel was being used by football clubs, first time Manchester United veterans were staying the second time both Sevilla and Granada were using the hotel.

When we checked in the recepionist, said she had noted from our reservation that we had experienced some issues during our prevoius stay and they offered us an upgrade, we had already booked a room on the floor referred to as the Level, we were ushered to the 15th floor where they would handle the rest of the check in process.

We took the outside lift to the 15th floor, after completing the process we were shown to a huge room overlooking the front of the hotel which gave a decent view across the city.I did not the hotel was very busy. On this occasion we only used the bar for an early evening libation. Around the hotel are a selection of retaurants, this is the busy area a prices tend to reflect this.

This time we had no issues, the room was large and well furnished with a huge bed,the wifi was tempremental. Breakfast was served on the same floor as were snacks and drinks throughout the day.

Stayed for 3 nights on a business trip. Room was quite spacious and very clean, bed was very comfortable. Free Wifi was available in the lobby and in our room also fast in my opinion. Decent breakfast and lunch buffet with nice fresh fruit although the food was exactly the same every day. The luggage service to store our bags on the day of check-out was a bit of concern in terms of safety. I asked to get a sweater from my suitcase and easlily walked into the luggage storage room. The bellboy assisted in opening my suitcase without asking for any tag or ID!!! Thus, anyone could come in and take anything they wanted. Location was in the business area which means quite far from shopping and any convenient store.

Thank you for sending these comments which encourages us to continue working in the same way.

About the luggage room, it’s always watched by security cameras and all the bell boy staff know that it is not allowed to pass in without previous authorization.

No doubt that commentaries like yours, make that we realize a major and exhaustive follow-up in order that this type of incidents never return to repeat

I stayed in this hotel for two nights during a conference/meeting. The hotel was nice, food was good, and the facilities were very fine. When arriving the room was warm so I put on the airconditioning which made the air very dry. Someone else mentioned wifi was slow, which is true, but there was an option to buy fast Internet so that was sufficient in my opinion.

The rooms were clean and well equipped but old fashioned. Not my kind of decoration, but others might have a different opinion. The room could have used one or two aditional power plugs.

The standard room is very expensive, does not enter or breakfast, so only wifi is super slow, stays out of modern times, given very luxurious, but the guest services about workers with respect and serve others cren solid gold, too cold treatment in general, also knocking on the door at 9 am to clean aving entered the 12 pm the day before, street sound enters through the windows of the room, in the main area facing the door , do not advise it, in my lived experience. The very expensive parking .
