We travel a lot for business but our recent stay at this hotel was a wonderful surprise, and one of the best ever. Although I was familiar with the hotel brand from other travels, I had never had the chance to stay at one of their properties. Thus, we were not sure of what to expect, but were very pleased with our choice. The people were very friendly and helpful; the room was very beautiful and comfortable, the breakfast on the executive floor was very good and the ambiance very peaceful and pleasant. We would definitely go back again!

I stay at this hotel whenever in Madrid. They truly care about their guests. Although its a large hotel, they treat you as an individual. Only negative is no fitness center and internet in rooms although free is wired.

Friendly and efficient service, confortable and well furnished rooms, very good business facilities and one of the best breakfast buffets i have ever seen. I have been staying in this hotel for many years when going to Madrid and I will continue doing so.

Had heard that the location was bad but it wasnt. There is a Metro stop 2 blocks away. It is in the Financial District of Madrid so many things are closed or have limited hours on weekends, but there were plenty of markets and restaurants. If you book through a discount provider and not direct you wont get their real five star rooms... its more like a four. I had to move rooms 5 times to find a room with one bed, internet that worked, no construction above... and I still had issues with the bathroom phone beeping throughout the day (until I had to physically remove it.) Also the water in the room turned orange and had sediment in it on the 2nd day.(they claim due to the hotel not being full... though I am not sure why that would happen 48 hrs after check in) All in all the price was really good (I didnt get the breakfast as it was a third of the price of the room!!!). Many airline staff stay here and that is always a good sign... means its quality at a good price. Because of the inconvenience of moving rooms so many times they upgraded me to what was really a 5 star hotel. (Had more than 2 pillows on the bed, wifi and even had better toiletries/robes). No hair conditioner though! Very strange! Pool was very nice. It is in a bit of a red light district though. I wasnt bothered by it, but would like to have been warned.

Convenient hotel if you have business in the northern suburbs of Madrid but quite a taxi/metro ride into the city centre so wouldn't recommend it for first time visitors to the city. Typical Spanish hotel with large rooms although the taste in decoration takes a bit of getting used to. Good outdoor pool but unheated and very basic changing facilities. Quiet location which I was pleased about as we arrived on the night of Spain's world cup victory!

The service is one of the best I know in Madrid. Very quiet rooms, cozy and roomy.
The breakfast and the restaurant are excellent.
The people are the best exponent of Spain style.
Thanks a Lots.
