I stayed here for two nights and enjoyed that it was in a quiet area of Madrid. It is very close to public transportation and also only one subway stop away from the line that connects to the airport. Sol is not too far away but you do have to transfer to a different line and usually takes 15 minutes to get there. There is also a stop for the Madrid City tour bus where you can get on and off at various points in the city. As for the room, it is clean and very well kept. The size of the room was also just right. It's not small like most hotels in Europe but was like hotels in the US. There is a fitness room on the second floor of the hotel which is at the end of a hallway. The fitness center is small but good for a quick work out. One drawback of the area is that there isn't much open late night. Overall I would definately stay here again when visiting Madrid.
