We stayed here for two nights along with our daughter & her family. It is located in a decent locality with public transport available nearby. The rooms were slightly bigger than the normal European standard ,and clean. The breakfast was however, disapponting with very little variety and in a cramped basement room. There are many good food joints available close by ,which one can try.The staff was efficient.
All in all, a good place to stay while visiting Madrid,

Room Tip: Nothing in particular

My friend and I shared a nice sized room and were happy to be able to rent a refrigerator instead of trying to cram our own things inside of a minibar. The staff was friendly and helpful accepting delivery for us of food that met our dietary needs and providing the caterer with payment so that we could go out touring.

I stayed here and was pleasantly surprised by the spacious room, since European hotels are usually on the smaller side. The room had a large desk and comfortable atmosphere with a gorgeous balcony. While it was about a 20-30 minute walk from the main areas, I found it very reasonably priced and the service was fantastic. It seems that Best westerns have to live up to the standard around the world, and this hotel certainly did!!!

We stayed at the Best Western Trafalgar because it was just down the road from our daughter's apartment. The staff was courteous, the room was clean, the wifi worked great and it beat all expectations for a 3 star hotel.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Amenities at the hotel were acceptable - wifi in room a bonus + they had a printer/laptop facility in the lobby, which allowed me to print out boarding pass. 'restaurant' was really a cafe type and pretty basic. However there are so many restaurants and bars locally it didn't really matter. Rooms very clean but the bed/mattress are really hard - not comfortable when you have a back problem. (Have to say that most Spanish beds are similar they need to think more about comfort) Would have been 4 star except for this, In all I would use again except for the fact of the very uncomfortable mattress giving me back pain. The staff in reception advised me that taxi to the airport had fixed rate of 30Euros which is very good idea so you can't be 'diddled' !

Had a very short visit for one night only, hadn't got the chance to look around. But the setup I saw seems like an old-style hotel.. The single room I had although very was clean though. Good for budget accomodation.

The friendliest staff I have ever met in a hotel. Very clean room. Room super small with tiny shower but you get what you pay for and it was a bargain. Was on my own without the family so met all my needs. If you plan on sleeping in then take ear plugs as church bells very loud!
