Really good new hotel quiet, clean and comfortable, Large room with air conditionned. Far from the city center but ideal to reach IFEMA exhibition center and close to Metro station. Perfect wifi connection.

... still the hotel is really good. It is new, quiet and clean. Rooms are quite big, air conditionned is ok. I have eaten there and food was served frozen, plates almost thrown on the table...
Location is not the best as you are far from the center.

I was staying on business and it was very near my client (walking distance) and the airport (12 minutes by taxi) - I can't comment on the location re: city centre or other attractions.
Check-in was efficient, though the lobby was a little scruffy. Room was of a good size, with a double-bed and a working area. It was, however, extremely dark and gloomy (dark grey walls & "moody" lighting) which I think would be depressing for more than a brief stay. I'm a big fan of soft lights and adjustable lighting (which it had), but I do feel a room needs some decent brightness as well for practical stuff (this was lacking).
Bed was comfortable, though and no quibbles about cleanliness. The shower room was perfectly acceptable, if nothing special.
Breakfast was very poor - cheap ingredients and very limited choice. I suspect that shows the difficult economic times for hotels in Madrid...
Image was not improved by the tatty remnants of flags at the front of the hotel.
Good value, in fairness, but I don't think I will be keen to stay there again.

This hotel is outstanding in all regards. Efficiently checked in, English spoken if needed. Directions to the metro and a map given (5 minute walk) with help on which lines to take and where to change at. Room was great, spacious, desk and chair, lounge chair, night stand, closet with extra pillows and blankets. Bathroom well equipped with toothbrushes, and other toiletries. The bathroom and room have a very modern flare. The air conditioner output was stellar, had to turn it off as it was so cold. There was a good size lift that worked very quickly. Food options were good although we did not try them. Outdoor and indoor seating. Located in a quiet neighborhood which is great for noise but if you want dinning options they will be limited. Wifi in the room was excellent as well although it makes you re- sign in from time to time. Flat screen tv was a nice size not like the laptop size of other hotels. Will return without a doubt.

This is a great hotel albeit somewhat far from the city center. The rooms are spacious and clean and the bathrooms are nice. They even have two sinks so you don't have to wrestle your significant other for who gets to brush their teeth first. Bed is very comfy too and price is very reasonable. Would definitely stay here again.

+ Low price
+ Clean
+ Modern and spacious rooms
+ Comfortable bed
+ Nice bathrooms
+ Room safe
+ Situated in a quite neighborhood

- Underground parking is 10 euro/night, NOT free as advertised! Having said that, there is plenty of street parking all around the hotel.
- Quite far from city center although the metro station is conveniently located a short 5 min walk from the hotel.

Room Tip: We got a room on the 4th floor and were happy. I think pretty much any room would be great here.
