I had a great experience at this hotel. I didn't speak Spanish (only English coming from Boston) and they had fluent English speaking Staff. I stayed with a friend for two nights in a room that overlooked the main street. The room was okay for size, clean as a whistle and comfortable. The location was perfect, the only hard part was walking from the train station to the hotel with luggage. That was uphill for about 10 minutes. Other than that it was in a perfect spot for what I was looking for with my visit to Madrid. I used priceline and got a fantastic deal. Everything was walking distance and close by. You also get free wifi with your stay. You want a nice place in a great location at a good bang for your buck.. this is it.
I do want to express my sincere thanks to one of the staff members that stood out during my stay. His name was Alex/worked the front desk. If management reads this review, please recognize Alex as a valued member of your hotel staff. He made mine and my friends stay that more pleasant. His recommendations, his directions, his honestly was much appreciated.
