A spectacular building from the outside and to think this was originally a humble post office! The architecture inside is interesting although limited. You can walk the various floors which when I visited had numerous exhibitions to see. There are also toilets available but I could not see any signage to help find them! I found a toilet near the entrance to the stairwell on the 2nd floor - the only sign was barely visible and stencilled on the wall. From the lower floors in the stairwell the walls are decoratively tiled. However, the best part was the observation deck on the 8th floor - the cost of which is only €2 per person and the tickets are purchased from a kiosk outside of the building (to the right of the main entrance as you look at the building). I wouldn't say the view was spectacular but it is a good 360 degree view over the rooftops of Madrid. There are information boards around the deck describing what it is you are looking at. To access the deck you take the lift to the 6th floor (access to all these floors is free), then walk across the floor to take a second lift (at which point you show your ticket) and ascend to the 8th floor.
