I had never expected to find such a gem in this neighborhood. The location is not central but don't let that bring you down, it actually didn't take us more than 10 min to get there from Puerta del Sol and the experience, believe me, was memorable. We chose one of the tasting menus and enjoyed surprise after surprise. Just to mention one: the sautéed green beans with foie gras and sundries tomatoes, soft as butter and tasty as heaven. The wine selection something unbeatable, the smart, talkative waiters introduced us into some less known wines and recommended always the right one to pair with each of the dishes. We felt like at home and stayed there much longer than planned. Definitely will repeat!!!
