I contacted Bbikes 6 weeks before we were due to travel to Madrid. I felt this was a long enough period to enable them to meet our request. I had to contact them a further 2 times before I got a reply. I guess this should have told me all I needed to know.
I was told they would come back to me with availability..... no reply..... I had to email another three times. This was the general way things continued until finally a few days before we arrived I was told they couldn’t fit us in! You might enjoy the tour if you get on it but all I experienced was appalling customer service! Avoid
