While not the easiest hotel to find and the surrounding area is not 'lively', the staff were super helpful and the facilties comfortable. The apartment layout is probably better suited for a longer stay but had all I required for a one night stay on a fleeting business trip. After exploring a little I also discovered that it is not not very far from a shopping centre.

This is not a standard NH hotel but a small apart-hotel. There is no receptionist on site after 10pm so check-in was via video, a strange experience, but it worked.

The bedroom and bathroom looked old and worn but there was a huge bed, kitchenette, washing machine and fridge. I only made use of the bed!

There was free wifi. However, getting the code over the video link wasn't easy, the lady had to spell it out a couple of times. It was the kind of wifi where you have to open a browser page and enter a user name and password. It was very slow. It worked on my laptop but I didn't bother trying it on my phone. Perhaps if I had stayed longer, I would have.

As you approach the hotel there is a lovely smell of the surrounding pine trees. This was probably the best bit of my stay!

I ate dinner with a colleague in a nearby restaurant. It probably would have been walkable although other reviews say that you need a car so I think it would depend on how far you are happy walking. The hotel has no restaurant, there is a food and pizza menu in the room for what I'm guessing is a local delivery service

Breakfast was disappointing, juice, tea/coffee, some average croissants, cereal, yoghurts, and a fruitbowl with a bruised banana, a nectarine and a couple of apples. However, for €65 per night, you can't really complain. If I stayed longer, i would use the fridge in the kitchen and buy/prepare my own breakfast.

The hotel was quite noisy in the morning, sounds travel through the door/walls quite easily which was surprising. I heard the receptionist and her colleague and the cleaner arrive and chat - and I was in an upstairs room.

I have stayed in another hotel in Pozuelo before and was keen to try this as an alternative. Generally, you get what you pay for. This place is old and tired but for €65 bed and breakfast, one shouldn't have particularly high expectations.

this Aparthotel is nothing like the photos on the website. It is a bit isolated as there is nothing close by. A vehicle is essential.

check out the pictures on Trip advisor. My family checked in and within 5 minutes we started looking for another hotel.

The front desk attendant was very good though and her english was clear. Sadly, the facility is a bit old and run down with many stains on the bathroom and toilet area. The place felt like an abandoned set of a horror movie.

I stayed in this hotel some where in 2005 , and i found this hotel OK , though its very far from the city and other areas. There was really nothing close by. There was Hippercor which was around 20 min walk from the hotel. Though i liked the hotel concept , rooms are very huge, the lobby and kitchen were really good. I used to prepare food by myslef something in hotel. They give dish washer, utensils for free.. SO for the price that i paid, i would say it was okie hotel

if you need a quiet place that feels like you have your own flat, come stay at NH Aravaca. It is like driving into your own driveway, very private. It's best if you have your own transportation as it is out of town, but there is shopping just across the freeway but it is not pedestrian friendly. I've gotten free simple breakfast with the room when I became a member of NH World and booked online. It is a simple, modest aparthotel that somehow feels like home.
