I stayed here for a girly weekend. This is fantastic hotel in more than one respect. The Hotel is approx 10mins cab ride from the airport and about 10-15min cab ride to the city centre. The hotel rooms are fantastic! The pictures on their website are exactly what is show - no misinterpretation! The staff are very helpful and friendly, the breakfast is great. There are two bars - one on the ground floor and the other on the 13th floor - both are really nice. The resturant is fine dining and if you eat non-veg then you'll love it. Would definately recommend and stay there again!

Our jaws dropped when we arrived, wow! From the first moment, it was a very special experience. At check-in we were advised each of the floors were designed on a different theme by a different designer and which floor we stayed on was absolutely our choice. Their words! We chose the 10th floor, with a Japanese feel. We looked at the fourth floor and it did look like a spaceship!! Very clean rooms and communal areas and a very attentive team. Pool, bar, restaurant all welcoming. Cartagena metro station just a 5 min walk away and then a 15 min ride to SOL, the centre. The only downside, no tea/coffee making facilities in room and for room service you have to add a further four Euros to whatever you order. Having said that, I would be back tomorrow if I had the chance.

Room Tip: Make sure you look at all the options availabl to you as each floor is very different, Higher floors give a spectacular view over the city.

I recommend that if you stay here you try to get to see all the different rooms on each floor. Each floor has been designed by a different designer and some are very strange indeed. Our room was not one of the strangest but other guests had a great experience.
The public rooms in the hotel are as you would expect.
The hotel is quite a way out of town but the Madrid Metro stop is a 2 minute walk and is excellent for getting around and great value. If you are staying a few days you can buy a kind of roaming ticket which will last all your stay.

Room Tip: Try to get a weird one, all the floors are different

I will never forget stepping out of the lift onto the 4th floor into a spaceship. Amazing hotel, next to metro and fantastic views even if the walk of faith on the top floor was a little scary. Tamari the Russian check in girl was fantastic :-)))

The hotel was very welcoming. The staff were very helpful! We rang reception regarding a problem in the room and they atteneded instantly, changed our room and resolved the problem! The one thing I would have liked to have was tea/coffee making facilities in the room as the drinks were quite pricey! Overall a comfortable stay!

Room Tip: Buy your own soft drinks to put in the mini bar for the room as the prices are quite expensive!
