My wife and I stayed two nights at this hotel as part of our week long trip in Spain. I found the hotel a little hard to find initially, but that is more due to the nature of the street signage in Spain than the hotel itself.
We were allowed to check in early as we had just arrived from the US and that allowed us to get some much needed rest. The rooms are small, but clean and the free wifi is very nice to have. Plenty of space in the bathroom and everything worked fine with the exception of the drain which was clogged up and made for some ankle deep showers.
I would recommend staying on the courtyard side of the hotel (inner rooms) so that you have very little noise issues. The streets in Spain are right upon the buildings and the noise can go on very late in some places.
The location of the hotel is very handy for the museums and park (Retiro) which are within an easy walk. All in all a good stay.
