Geat hotel, we had a problem when we checked in and they resolved the issue immediately. The breakfast choices was very good with lots of fresh fruit and deli stuff, coffee was very good. The vicintity to downtown madrid and the local area makes this a bargain perfect hotel. We had a very short walk to the metro and even took the metro directly to the airport, easy.

Nothing much to complain about this hotel. The location was great for shopli g and travelling by metro. The rooms were comfortable. It didnt matter that some of the things such as the tap or the shower were of poor quality. For instance, the tap was shaky and seemed like it could break off from the sink easily but it worked fine. Great for its price!

Stayed here for 5 nights, perfect location for exploring Madrid, a short walk from Gran Via Metro, front desk staff very friendly, free wi fi, room smallish but had everything you need, serviced daily, complimentary wine, chocolate and fruit on arrival My only criticism would be the bathroom, was spacious and had a great shower, the door however, was opaque glass, more like a shop door and did not close tight !!! you really need to know the person you are sharing with !!! which was OK in our case. My biggest problem was if you got up in the night to use the bathroom door was right at the bottom of the bed, when you put the light on it illuminated the bedroom, which was not good for the person asleep, if you are of an age when you don't get up in the night and you are there with your partner, then this Hotel is perfect.

Room Tip: There may be different styles of rooms, maybe ask when booking.

Spent 3 nights here, and being just round the corner from Gran Via is everything! You've got easy access to all the city! The room was big enough for 3, bright and airy, it had a small balcony that was fantastic for taking in the atmosphere of the area. It was more than enough for a short stop over in Madrid and i would happily stay here again.

Room Tip: Room facing the road are not too noisy

Fantastic location, just around the corner from Gran Via metro station, within walking distance to most downtown attractions. Despite its central location (and the fact that it's one street away from the shabby and noisy "red light street" of Calle Montera), Calle Tres Cruces is a calm and quiet alleyway, if somewhat lacking in charm.
Our room was small, but was equipped with all we desired. Big thumbs up for free and simple-to-operate in-room safe, and free wi-fi with a minimum of hassle. There was a also TV and a minibar, which we hardly used. Very good standard on the bedroom and the bathroom, the shower in particular was very high-tech, with more functions than we were able to figure out how to use! On the downside was the extremely hard matresses, and the fact that the bedroom and the bathroom is separated only by a semi-transparent door, which could make a visit to the toilet an embarassing one, if you're of the shy kind. We also experienced repeated trouble with the keycard, but the staff, of which most spoke English quite well, was friendly and helpful.
We didn't try the hotel breakfast, as we prefer to eat "locally", but at €8, I'm sure it's a pretty good deal, if you like it convenient.
We might easily come back, the price and location makes this a fabulous deal.

Room Tip: We had a room facing the backyard, with no noise whatsoever (but obviously no view, either).

We spend four nights in this hotel. The rooms are small but clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was reasonably priced and good. Bathroom perfectly adequate. Location is excellent. Staff at front desk were very polite and helpful. If you are going to be out sightseeing and not sitting around in your hotel room then this hotel is a great choice.

Just returned from a long weekend in Madrid . We stayed in the petit palace tres cruces . The hotel was just what we were looking for . something that was clean , tidy and central for madrid sight seeing etc.
There were 3 of us in the room . we all had a single bed which was fine . There wasnt alot of room left once the beds were in but it was fine for a weekend . The bathroom was spotless and had a brilliant hydrotherapy showers which healed our aching body from all the walking we did .
Breakfast was good . something for everyone . Cereal , toast , some hot dishes plenty of fruit, yoghurts and cold meats and cheese. selection of teas and there was coffee .
The are is great for all the sight seeing Hotel lies between GRAN VIA AND SOL SQUARE . Its a bit nosy at night with bins getting emptied so I am told as i heard nothing .
Lovely Italian restaurant round corner which isn't to be missed . would return as it catered for all my needs.
