Ibis was willing to change our reservation due to a change in our travel plans without charging extra. The hotel was clean, quiet and we slept great for the one night that we stayed. We were told that the coffee was complimentary, but we did have to pay for them in the end. It may have been a misunderstanding due to the Spanish/English language difference.
