Although the rooms are very clean and spacious, it is located in an outgoing area. So good quality and price, however you should not mind the noise till 6 in the morning during the weekends.

Stayed here for 2 nights with my partner for a weekend trip away. Hotel is in a great location, close to the Gran Via and close to the Metro. As per previous reviews, it is slightly hard to find as there is a huge sign out the front.

Room was lovely and modern, bed was huge although the pillows were small and odd. The floors are tiled, so can get cold. As english speaking tourists, we were able to communicate with staff, and they were helpful with booking us a tour and giving directions where to find good churros!

Location is great, walking distance to alot of tourist areas including Puerta Del Sol. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

Just came back from 3 weeks holiday in Spain & Portugal. We stayed in this hotel for 5 days. Request for a quiet room. I would rank this hotel as number 1 among all the hotels we have stayed. The hotel signage is quite inconspicuous...It's just beside a small "supermercado", the signage of which is very obvious. The only drawback is the unavailability of kitchen utensils in the small kitchenette. So if you want to save from eating out bring microwaveable disposable plastic bowl which you can throw away after your trip. There are 2 fridge in the room. The countertop burner doesn't work, but it's ok since you are not cooking a lot when you are on holiday. It would have been better if there is a toaster. The free wireless internet is really a good deal. And if you want to print something, you can ask it at the reception. The staff are very helpful, accomodating, attentive to our needs, and friendly...especially Alberto. He was very apologetic when he gave us the wrong direction for the best paella in Madrid. Second time around, we found where the restaurant is & it's worth it... La Paella De La Reina. Must have a reservation or come early as there is a queue even late at night.

The area is central indeed, with Metro and buses at a few hundred meters. Many restaurants within a mile radius, with a lot of choice, especially with non-Spanish cuisines. Beware of the local Starbucks place! Incompetent and unfriendly.

Room was very good except for the room's water heat, which was in plain sight and really a sore in the otherwise nice room. However, the fact that there was a boiler, together with a full kitchen, is certainly a plus for families or people with special needs with regards to food.

Staff was nice and multilingual. Parking requires a bit of effort since you'll have to resort to a nearby hotel's valet service, but it's cheap compared to nearby parking garages.

If you don't need sophisticated services from your hotel, but just need a clean place to sleep, possibly making your own food, with good position, Internet and some international TV, this is the place to go in Madrid.

This hotel is such an amazing hidden gem!
One road away from the main parade - the rooms were so clean/modern/comfortable & spacious.
The breakfast was of very good quality, staff were so helpful.

I have recommended this hotel to everyone & look forward to returning.

My friend & I both booked this hotel last min using Expedia after deciding we wanted a 4 day city break for lots of shopping/dinning/laughs/site seeing.

This hotel has the best location, tube just 20 steps away/ highstreet 25 steps away!!
Great supermarket across the road & felt very safe having the police station up the road.

I would highly recommend this to anyone, excellent value for money!
