Food is tasteless, service was not impressive and in general overpriced. Below the low expectations even for touristic place. I will not come back, for sure.

We really enjoyed our choice of tapas and drinks from this restaurant . We went during a football game, it really started to fill up as the evening progressed. We had been attracted to this restaurant because of their drink specials, 3 sangria for 9...and 3 beers for 6, and were very happy the the food was good as well. We ordered the patatas with aioli, grilled chicken with vegetables, a charcuterie board and one other that I have forgotten. We spent a few hours here watching the game and enjoying the food and drinks. Our bill was less than 100 euro and we would totally go back as well and recommend! Our waitress was also very attentive even though it was busy.More
Chicken was not properly done. It was raw. No action was taken when I asked to check this. Another meal was mistaken with another.
This place is open to THIEFS! Never go to this place. Our backpack has been stolen there last week while there only 3 tables were occupied. The manager didn't even care to come to restaurant. Police doesn't come anyway and expects you to go to...the station. There was a camera view but no findings!More
Not paid attention to until we had been there for 25 minutes. Then a waiter asked if we were ready for drinks. When we said yes he walked away. 10 minutes later we ordered drinks from the bar. It was a full 20 minutes later...for a total of 45 minutes before they took our order. We asked for ketchup for the burger and he never brought it. Food was getting cold and we had to go to the bar to get some. Unacceptable.More
Its not a good place to eat. We ordered coffee, to be more specific a cappuccino and was watery you couldn’t taste the coffee it was like drinking muddy water. To eat we ordered two paella mix and the plate weren’t the same. Different food...as far as it goes from rice to meat. 1 shrimp in 1 plate and in the other one 2 shrimps. Overall we order something and received something else. We ate because we were hungry and leave. Furthermore we had to ask for cutlery and plates for paella. IF YOU WANT TO EAT CHOSE SOMETHING ELSEMore
Disgusting toilets. Arrived with my wife for beer, wine and tapas. Started ok but after I ordered food and drink I went to the gents toilet. It was totally blocked and disgusting. I reported it to one of the two waiters. He then joked about...it with the other waiter and girl behind the bar. They had no concern or urgency at all. Eventually the waiter took a large bucket of water and cleared it. Totally put us off. If this is the standard of staff, customer service and hygiene at this chain I would avoid completely.More
Acceptable service albeit slow on a less than busy evening. Food fell a bit short of being really good. Secreto overcooked and dry. Huevos rotos (broken eggs) also overdone.

This restaurant has a really good location. Not just typical Spanish food but also other pub food. We loved the mix of croquettes. Beer was really cheap.
A typical tapas and appetizer restaurant in the heart of Madrid. The dishes are very tasty. The best burger ever!! Very earthy meat and great combination of flavors.
We asked in Spanish what food was vegetarian. The waitress told us something with fish. We said "no, there is langustino, no es vegetariana". She then told us there was a tomato salad dish that was veggie and we ordered that with the tortilla. While...waiting, the waitresses started to clean up around us looking stressed even though there were 4 tables waiting for food at 11pm. They even took the extra chairs from our table. Then, the tomato salad had fish on it. We returned the fish and they finally gave us an English menu. We then ordered patatas Bravas. When it was brought to the table we only got a "de nada". I vow not to return. Adios!More
This is a good place for cold cut and tapas. They offered a nice selection of tapas. The place was clean and has a modern feel. It is different from the traditional and old tapas bar. We had the fried potatoes with egg toppings and...it was delicious.More
It is unecceptable for a restaurant to serve food in this pan, which can cause cancer This shows that they don't follow basic rules. Photo included. I was shocked.
More or less. Food is OK, the service too. Clean and well-lit. Not outstanding, not bad. Close to the tyourist area but not crowded.
