This is really a museum of two halves - there is the ancient Punic wall with an interesting film to introduce you to the site - and also the crypt of an old religious site. Make sure you take the time to watch the film, as it explains a lot more about the wall and the history of the place. We visited this place using a combination ticket for a number of museums around Cartagena - it works out as very good value.

Not a large site but very interesting right in the middle of Cartagena city centre. Worth considering buying a combination ticket for several sites at reduced costs. The air raid centre, lift and castle are quite nearby and could all be done on one day. The Punic wall is interesting and the crypt is very well preserved.

The wall on its own is not incredibly spectacular, but the 'Interpretation Centre' build around it is still worth visiting. The video and informational panels give some insight on the founding of the city and its transition to a Roman province. The roof of the building is accessible as well and gives an idea of what standing on the old wall must have looked like (in terms of size).

Aside from the remains of the old wall protecting the city, there is also a Crypt from the 16th-17th century.

This museum gives you an idea of just how powerful the Carthaginian people were. If you arrive in Cartagena by mainline Renfe, Feve narrow gauge Train from Los Nietos, Mar Menor or by bus, you will see the Punic Walls Museum on your right opposite Hotel Habanero as you make your way to the old city centre. It is quite humbling to realise that these walls are more than 200 years old,

A rather small museum but well worth the visit. Take the time to watch the short film. The museum has been built around the wall so that it is now enclosed in a building. It is set up so you can wander around it.

The catacombs of the Guild of St. Joseph is also at this site. It is pretty creepy wandering around inside of it.
