“Great Place with nice staff!!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 4 January 2014

I stayed jus 2 days here, but i loved this place, the enviroment you can breath there is great.
I prefer to travel by smaller hostels, and this one is the best example of kind of hostel i prefer, because is small, there is a cozy saloon with sofas, a large collection of films ( if you are a good cinema fan this is your place) free wifi and free computers, a place to eat and meet people with other countries..There is a nice and funny mix of different kind of people (at least when i was there) there are young travellers of all around the world, spanish tourist and lots of pilgrims of the way of Santiago, they like to talk about their experiences in the Camino and is good, for me was, to practise english, italian..I wish i could speak fluent german and french, because there was many of them!!
Bathrooms are totally new and clean, there are not big bathrooms with plenty of showers..here is more private, is like your home bathrooms.
Rooms are nice decorated, painted with colors, and wood beds are good, in other places metallic ones are sometimes noisy..
And breakfast is large and good if you like sweet stuff!! : )
Very nice place, I will come back soon!!

Room Tip: Cheapest room is a good one, well equipated with lockers, plug and light, and 4 dorms are more spacio...

We (couple) stayed here for two nights in a twin share room and were pleasantly surprised with it. Our room included a tv and dvd player and was extremely clean and comfortable. The shared bathrooms and common areas are cleaned daily and the whole place is very tidy. From what we saw of the shared dorms, they looked spacious and clean.

It is generally a quiet place, the only noise coming from other guests, but only being 7 rooms on the first level, it isn't too bad.

Free breakfast is included, it is nothing spectacular, but if you are on a budget, free brekky can go a long way. The kitchen is also available for use by guests between 8am and midnight.

Location wise, the hostel is about a 5-10min walk from the Plaza del Castillo, so whilst not dead centre, it is in a great location, surrounded by markets, shops and ATM's etc...the necessities.

Javier and his staff are extremely helpful, friendly and approachable, and always willing to help.

We found our two nights here very enjoyable and would recommend it.

I stayed here for two nights while walking the Camino de Santiago. It was clean, warm and comforting. The people who run the place the wonderfully helpful and very kind. I suggest booking ahead, as it is very popular. I stayed in one of the dormitories which were really nice and comfortable. There was wi-fi, internet access (especially Skype), a TV lounge and well-equipped kitchen. A camino walker could have breakfast as early as necessary. I will definitely stay there again.

Room Tip: Book early!

Nice hostel – highly recommend. We got a private room with double bed 1st night and 2 twin beds in larger room the 2nd night. There is shared bathrooms with plenty available and clean with towels provided. Nice simple breakfast included and good free Wi-Fi Internet with computers available. Located in a good location about 6 blocks (10 minute walk) to old town area on 2nd floor with elevator available. There is a very friendly and helpful staff. This hostel is popular with Camino de Santiago walkers (pilgrims) so you can meet some of them. Parking available in public lot close by.

We loved the tapas (called pintxos in Pamplona) made of various things. We were fortunate to visit during Pintxos week where many bars were demonstrating their finest tapas. We also enjoyed Tapas Thursday where for 2 euro (less than $3) you get a tapa of your choice and a glass of red or white wine or beer (see photos). You fill up on about 4 of these and arrive back at your hotel feeling pretty happy. There are many good Tapa bars in Pamplona including Café Bar Gaucho, Bar Estageta, and El Mentidero.

This hostel has really good people working there who are friendly and helpful. They will provide you anything so you do not have to spend more money than you have to. With renovating it just this December, not only it is good because of the vibe t and the prices to stay there, but also because of the looks and location in the center of Pamplona! Enjoy!

This hostel has a really great community vibe. Everyone was friendly, helpful, etc. It is definitely a great deal for the $$. I'm not going to say that the hostel is updated or that everything is brand new and shiny, because that simply isn't the case. However, it is clean, well-kempt and provides a number of amenities such as free wi-fi, breakfast, food/snacks, tv for community and in rooms, ample hangout space, etc. I stayed in an individual room which was only a few euro more than a shared room. (I would suggest the individual room). The people working at the hostel were extremely nice, helpful, readily available, etc. I would stay here again!
