A well decorated place and so well positioned for the centre of town. Everything within your room is simple and functional but has a lot of comfort. All the 'must see' places are within easy walk and the main square for your evening Tapas and watch the world go by is only 100 meters away. The car park seems to be a public one but the hotel has the first level gated and secured for hotel guests only.

Room Tip: The details of how to use the car park are wrong. Take car into car park, picking up ticket on way i...

We loved Pamplona and we enjoyed even better our stay by being able to walk from and back to our hotel. More central is just impossible. You're in the heart of the city and you've got the calm you can wish for to relax and recharge your batteries for another day excursions, wandering around and exploring. Access is very easy from the highway. We used GPS and it brought us right to the underground parking of the hotel. The hotel in itself is tidy and immaculately clean. Reception is amazingly helpful. They provided us with all sorts of information from the best restaurants for a Sunday evening dinner after 10pm to wine tasting driving trips. They even arranged for us to make a mash for our baby in the kitchen of the cafeteria with the vegetables that we provided them. Our room was very spacious and they provided us with baby cot without charging us for it. Our room was perfectly cleaned everyday and the towels changed even if we didn't ask for it. Last but not least we found that for the great service we got the price was super reasonable. We paid 84€ per room per night. We initially planned 2 nights and ended up spending 4 whereas Pamplona was supposed to be for a half day visit!! All and all, if you wanna enjoy your stay in Pamplona and keep your wallet happy then head to Maisonnave!

Great location near centre of town. Didn't take long to walk anywhere. The room was very clean presentable. We overlooked the roofs at the back on the 6th floor. Twin beds pushed together rather than a king size bed. Not an issue. The air con worked well. The bath was somewhat slim so the shower was tight for space. The bar was very olde worlde and popular with outside folks. Looked like basic Pintxos food. We didn't eat here and there is a very nice pastry shop around corner for breakfast croissants. The car park was secure and close to the hotel, very dark and tight corners but kept the car cool. The wifi was good but kept dropping its signal. Would recommend

Our room #128 was great. Near the elevator, very well appointed with modern sinks and furniture, and very clean. It was very spacious and the shower had absolutely great pressure. Rua Nueva is pedestrian, as is most of the Old Town, and we parked outside the hotel to check in with no problem and unloaded our luggage, took it to our room. Parking is a short distance on the same street just before you arrive at the hotel. So it is necessary to go around the block to get ot it. Easy instructions, 5 mns around the block, and a few minutes to come back on foot. Easy secure access in and out. Breakfast was very good. Nespress coffee made it worth while since we had had a hard time finding good coffee in other hotels! Plenty of choices, helpful staff. Every one we dealt with was friendly, spoke English and made us feel welcome.

After a long day of driving, we found a tourism office who pointed us in the direction of this hotel. After being lost for a few hours, we happily settled here. Parking was extra and was underground, however close by to hotel. Location was fabulous- really close to great eating, walking and shopping streets. All in the old part of town- loved it. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff helpful and friendly.

we were only one night in Pamplona for the running of the bulls. arrived at the hotel after 2 and we were told our room would be ready in 20 minutes, so we went for a wander and a few drinks, came back about 45 minutes later to find the room still wasn't ready. Being hungry we decided to try out the restaurant, not a chance, although the majority of the tables were empty the 'doorman' said no availability, off we went for another drink!!
Once we made it into the room it was ok, nothing special, clean and overlooking the front. 2 single beds pushed together, not quite what I expect in a supposed 5* establishment.
on our later wanderings we picked up local numbers for balcony rental and asked the hotel if they could call for us - my Spanish is ok but not good enough for phone calls! Instead of making the call they told us they have a deal with a guy who has an apartment with balconies, so we booked that instead, glad we did, he was a really nice friendly old man called Javier, he made us very welcome, provided coffee and biscuits and his balcony was on Estafeta so we had a great view
