“The LUNGS of the city (apparently).”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 29 September 2013

Just on the edge of the city centre, a nice place to stroll around after a lengthy dinner. Look out for the wild animals and the tortoises.

“The pentagon”

We went all around the enormous citadel, This building is quite a defensive position for its time. I am sure it served its purpose when it was built.

“Exceptional bastide, good consition”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 31 July 2013

A very hot afternoon (~35 degrees Celsius). A fine promenading. The oat was occupied by a variety of animals: peacocks, deer, hens, geese which provided character and the unexpected. Greenery and little traffic. The view towards the town underneath impressive and unique. Though one can claim that France, italy and Spain may boast for such elevations Pamplona rests firmly and adequately.

“The Citadel”

It used to be a fortification but now it is just a city park that is in poor repair. It is used for the San Fermin nightly firework display
