This hotel had bad reviews, which we ignored as we normally do because too many people expect the ritz for a budget trip. This hotel was very clean although slightly outdated. The food was average but not much choice. The staff were helpful even though we probably had a few too many tequilas. All in all we had a great stay at the hotel and it was worth every penny.

My cousin and myself stayed here for 10 nights from 30th july until 9th aug. On arrival the hotel was ok the room was clean, shower head was broken so we held it to shower, the pool area is so poor no sun loungers and the food was even worse, breakfast was ok as long as you like toast, dinner out of the 10 nights we never enjoyed one meal, the hotel is a good 10 mins away from the beach and at least 40 mins walk away from main benidorm, taxi ride was around 7 to 10 euros but you could get the bus is prefered.the police where also called to the hotel several times due to the spanish causing trouble most nights, frequent rows in reception! In short I would never stay here again!!

Stayed at this hotel from 29th August till 5th September, two adults in are 20's and a child aged 4. On arrival at the hotel the receptionist could not understand a word we said as he could not speak english. Breakfast the next morning was a "shock", biscuits with sliced ham and cheese, cereal with hot frothy milk which tasted like coffee, toast which you could help yourself to but was freezing by the time you came to eat it. After this bad start we informed easyjet we would like to move to an english hotel only to be told we would be expected to pay £400 to leave the hotel as a cancelation fee. Obviously we could not afford this charge, the hotel compromised and agreed to provide a basic english menue for us at meal times. When we arrived for our "english" breakfast this consisted of: 3 pieces of bacon, 2 eggs, a hot dog sausage and chips which were all dripping in grease and cold. We tried to cope with the evening meal for 2 days but after this found it hard to eat freezing cold meals when we didnt have a clue what it was we were digesting, and couldn't ask as hotel staff spoke little english. Staff overall were pleasant, female members of staff were from romania and could speak a little more english than the males. We stayed in room 101 an our room was cleaned daily, with fresh linen and towels but was very basic, satelite tv non existant unless you understand spanish. Getting to hotel ammenities, this was a dissapointment too, the hotel advertises that they have a family friendly swimming pool in a grassed garden with sun loungers available, this is a lie its a freezing cold pool which is very deep at both ends and constantly squirting water through 3 pipes at high velocity, there are no sun loungers at all only plastic chairs an the grass is plastic too. The air conditioning is only available at night, and even then not very good, you dont get a hair dryer, trouser press or room service as is advertised. The hotel is said to be in quiet prime location, this is not the case, at 1 side is a busy carpark where local youths like to gather at night, the other side is residential flats which are certainly not quiet. The hotel caters for spanish tourists which we found are very ignorant and not at all prepared to except english tourists or to even offer a friendly smile. We would strongly advise any english people NOT to stay in this hotel. We did not expect 5 star luxury, but we wouldn't even leave our dogs here even for a day.

The hotel is basic but neat ,room cleaning is not up to standard there was dust present all the 10 days we stayed there and the bed linen was changed only once and that was on the night prior to our departure! The food is themed for the spanish clientele so if you insist on staying here book room only and budget for eating all meals out. They use warm powdered milk for pouring on cereals! There are a reasonable amount of eateries close by. Staff are pleasant enough but not many speak enough english for you to make yourself understood. No sunloungers at the pool area although it is stated that there are, maybe the white plastic chairs are what they call sunloungers. Bedroom walls are thin so the rooms are noisy and the bedroom doors tend to slam shut making more noise. Ignore satellite tv bit everthing except cnn news is in spanish or polish. Safes require 1 euro or more per day depends on how many times you wish to open it! Any entertainment is obviously also in spanish. Hotel is not suitable for families with children. Air conditioning is not that good. Overall not a good experience. We stayed there from 27th august till 6th sept room 506.
