i just came back from benidorm i stayed in Palm Beach Hotel with my five years old twin boys.
well to start with the hotel i clean nothing to say, small rooms small tv i would say its a 3 star spanish channels only eurosport in english nothing for the kids in english any way.
when i booked the hotel i read that wi fi is available NO ITS NOT, there is only 2 posts of internet 1 euro 15 min or something like that.
there is no safe deposit the sliding window of the balcony doesn't close so be careful i had to hide my valuables nothing was missing but if you are in the first floor anyone can jump to your balcony i was in the 2nd floor the view in ohhhh ugly .the hotel is plenty of old couples the first 2 days then the third day some 200 people checked in football players all ages from 5 and above ohhhhhhhhhhhh OHHHH that was the worst day in my life kids running every where my room phone was ringing i answered it was a jock they spoke to me in spanish i was really upset they kept ringing and ringing the kids they knock on the door and they run .
NON STOP RUNNING ON THE CORRIDORS ALL NIGHT
there is a play ground but overcrowded the pool closes at 6 there is an inside pool fool every day of spanish kids.
the rooms are cleaned every day and the change the towels as well if you wish too.
there is a free parking there is a mini bus as well its free but you have to get the ticket from reception i rented a car so i didn't use the bus i think its better to rent a car and its safe to drive in spain as well as very good to get around
FOOD always the same specially if you are vegetarian or if you eat only fish not a lot of choice
desert always the same as well staff NOT FRIENDLY THEY DON@T SMILE the push you i had a really bad experience i was serving mushed potato in my plate one of the staff women she asked me to give her the spoon i was using she shouted at me that the spoon i was using is for another dish she cleaned it and she want away .the thing is its not my fault if someone else put it there by mistake on the top of that no need to do that for a guest its rude .
i was so upset i explained to the manager what happened he did nothing i couldn't even finish my dinner "WHAT A DINNER"
benidorm is really nice but spanish people are rude .
i took the kids to mondomar they took pictures with the dolphins and sea lions its a really good experience .
the beach is better to go to la cala beach there is no rocks on the beach its safe for the kids
on my point of view the hotel is clean they have evening intertainment but you can find better place not worth disgusting food rude staff horrible view a lot of noise kids running everywhere old spanish coulpes DONT USE THE FONE TO UK ITS VERY EXPERIANCCE I PAYED £70
