On arrival at 11am our room was ready. Great greeting and a welcome back. When we got to our room we had asked for a high rooms you can see the beach . And it's just what we got 1907 was our room number and was great 2 bedrooms excellent views and nt a lot of noise at night. We will be back excellent stay again food great pool great entertainment great what more could you wish for oh sun and the pool is like a sun trap thank you again ambassador .....
First time to Benidorm , stayed here half term week in June.
Hotel was lovely and clean we were in Playa I , room on the small side for 2 adults and one child but we only really slept in it anyway. They hapily gave is more pillows and an extra chair for balcony.
Food was ok , something for everyone but vegetables were always overcooked( my only complaint on the food)
Staff were very hepful ,especially at the reception desk , telling us how much taxi's or buses would be to different attractions.
Evening entertainment was mostly excellent for families and we could view from our balcony if we didnt want to go down to the outside stage area.
Very noisy if you are a light sleeper as entertainment fifnished around midnight and lots of noise throughout the night with people coming back from clubs etc but that really is to be expected.
As I wasnt particularly enthusiastic about going to Benidorm I was pleasantly surprised as we were a party of 3 , ages 9 years 44 years and 67 years and all enjoyed something here.
Visited Algar Falls , Mundomar and Terra Mitica and all had a great time.
benidorm virgin never been before,went with five friends had a great time.Hotel great could not fault food at all ( so dont always believe everything you read in reviews) full board didnt spend a euro on food too full.friendly staff, rooms cleaned and towels changed daily. Great location will defintley go back.
Lovely clean hotel, friendly staff especially in restaurant. Rooms basic but all you need is somewhere to sleep. Its on main strip which leads to a lot of noise until the early hours. Air conditioning is very noisy but sometimes needed to drown out sound from inconsiderate others banging about coming in at all hours. Euro bar is left out of the hotel then about 5 mins nice walk its called bourbons bar. Theres also one opposite hotel down side street where you get free shot with first drink. The red lion does pint draught san Miguel for 1.50 euros and staff are lovely. Great place to watch sports. But beware the price through the day in most bars does double at night. All together a great place to go for week but don't take the kids its an adult town with not much for kids to do.
Booked in at the Ambassador Hotel on the 31st May /7th June 2012. There was 7 of us and it catered for all our tastes. Very friendly staff, especially in the restaurant. There was different food stations to choose from and, the dining room was light and air conditioned. The hotel general cleaning was spot on although, the rooms could of done with been cleaned slightly better but, this was not a problem. The Hotel is in the centre of all entertainment and shops, so, not too far to find your way home after a night out the in Benidorm Bars. I've been to stay in a few hotels in Benidorm and this one is one of the best I've stayed in. I would recommend it.
stayed at ambassador and would like to comment on very good food, v. clean accommodation, good entertainment, but above all the courtesy of the front dest staff especially man called "antonio" i think. he helped me for about 20 mins with a computer problem and got it solved for me. Thank You, he just smiled when i thanked him and waved me on. manager in resturant particulary accommodating also as were all staff. asked to be moved from front to back and that was no problem either. so thank you all
