this was my second visit to this hotel. The rooms are clean, and each have a balcony, some over looking the pool, which incurs an extra cost. The food is plentiful, and varied. The hotel is situated near all the night life, and is surprisingly quiet at night. They offer all sort,s of entertainment,in the evening,s to suit all ages and tastes. There could be more sun bed,s as the hotel is always full to capacity, and some do need renewing.I will be making my third visit in September, and would recommend this hotel,to most age groups.

Room Tip: avoid pool views,as in the summer the entertainment is outside.

Having just returned from a stay at this hotel last week (Ambassador 2), I feel I must boast about how it just keeps getting better each year. The staff go above and beyond to ensure guests are attended to and that they are given a top quality service. From the moment we entered the hotel on the first day, to our day of departure, we were impressed with levels of standard and the constant upgrades that are being made to further improve both hotels.

The hotel spa/gym is a lovely retreat and at 10 euros per couple for all guests booking into the hotel, it was a fantastic offer, perfect to escape the sun for a few hours and feel totally relaxed.

It was lovely to see familiar faces (and sad to see others are at the President Hotel), as well as making acquaintances with new staff who were equally as friendly. We also felt that having a staff member around the pool each day attending the sunbeds and helping guests has proven to be equally successful. Sunbeds were put out for you and if reserved beds were not taken up after 2 hours, the towels were removed and very neatly folded for collection (Rafael was a very pleasant, courteous and efficient gentleman).

It never fails to impress us the quality of the food and variety. As members of my family are quite fussy, there is always plenty for them to eat. The choice of food is unbelievable, the quality of the food served is second to none and the cleanliness of the whole dining area cannot be faulted. My only issue during our stay would be that the current head waiter, although pleasant by acknowledging the guests, did seem to favour those who were native speaking which was very noticeable with a large party who dominated a particular table reserved for them each meal time during our stay, no matter what time they turned up to the dining hall. In all the time we have attended the hotel previously, the head waiter in attendance always made a point to make sure he circulated around all guests and everyone was made to feel equal (unfortunately he has been moved to the sister hotel the President)

The entertainment in all parts of the hotel was fantastic and always something worthwhile to watch. My family felt the introduction of the Hotel Entertainments Manger throughout the day ensured all guests had a splendid time and everyone joined in and had fun, which reflected in the comradery around the pool compared to previous stays.

Not forgetting the cleanliness of the hotel and the fantastic job the maids carried out daily, ensuring the rooms were spotless and clean, towels and bed linen changed regularly and the whole hotel was kept immaculate.

We look forward to our next years family holiday at this hotel and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: We always pay the extra when booking for a pool side room, its worth every penny. If you want a roo...

This is our first stay in a while at this hotel and we very pleased with the cleanliness, food and staff in the hotel. The hotel had undergone a few modifications and I must say this was a good improvement, when booking the holiday we requested a quite room (having stayed before we knew that certain rooms had problems with late night party noise) and was rewarded with a quite room, all in all I can say this was the best holiday that we have had in a while

Room Tip: A room on the back of the hotel to the right ( a quite room)

2 hotels using 1 restaurant not good i stopped eating in the restaurant after the first week as i could not get a seat this was my brothers first holiday in 10 years he is mentally handicapped we were on the 5th floor and had to use the stairs every day as the lifts were small for the size of this hotel they needed either larger lifts or more than 2 small lifts. some of the restaurant staff were not very understanding about my brothers condition that made for an uncomfortable holiday some of the cleaners were very understanding and helpful i can only thank them for the help

Room Tip: street side rooms are ok but poolside rooms have more entertainment

weve been back from this hotel for a week.rooms were a bit small with 3 beds in when we booked we were told there were 4 adapted rooms in hotel for disabled when we arrived there were none at all but i blame holiday shop for that, on arrival we were told that handyman could take bathroom door off that did not happen becos we had 18 year old son with us,i am disabled and cannot walk and had to pick my time when i could get in shower, i couldnt use pool was told i cud use shower in reception unable to do that no handrails.the food and restaurant staff very helpful food catered for evry one large choice never went hungry.rooms and fresh towels daily.ian entertainment manager was fun but never seen anything like it at pool in a morning that was a joke.i think the reps could of been more helpful but was told to take issues up with travel agent on return.if it catered more for disabled would def go back, but it was a much needed last min decision to go 1st time in benidorm would def go back but would need to research next time for better facilities for my disability, instead of listening to travel agent lyingto us saying shed worked there and that there was disabled rooms when there wasnt.

Room Tip: have a pool view on front of hotel if you want quiet choose a back room

just returned from a 2 week stay with family. Staff all very nice, reps very helpful and friendly. Food was always fresh and hot never went hungry a bit repetitive tho. Ian the entertainment manager was great and always smiling, kept kids and adults busy. Pool was lovely to cool down in. Only thing that spoilt it was the noise at night from outside the hotel we had a back room 325 and couldn't sleep ended up using earplugs as passing drunks and traffic kept us awake. We would stay here again but a pool view would be nicer to chill on balcony at night for entertainment.
Great for party goers as central for nightlife.

Room Tip: Get a high floor for views and less noise, pool view
