“simply stunning hotel”
Reviewed 11 April 2013

i've tried to get into this hotel a couple of times before without success and was beginning to give up any hope of ever getting a room but was so glad we finally manged to get in. I'm sure in a few years time the management will wise up and start charging a lot more for this hotel. I was tempted to write a scathing revue of the Riviera to put people off so that when we book again there'd be vacancies galore, but that would be sooo mean. Believe all the reviews about this place - they're true (except 'reasonable' drink prices - they're mega cheap for this standard of hotel ( 1.60 Euro for a proper coffee and Tia Maria/brandy or whisky). Everything in this hotel is first class, food, decor, room, bathroom, staff particularly Rosa and Carmen. Added bonus is the no under 16s - it's a sanctuary. Top tips: upgrade from 1/2 board to full board (it cost us less than £20 for the full week), if booking cheap coach transfer for £4 return per person don't complain if it takes a few minutes longer to get to your hotel - it sounds really miserly to other travellers. Can't wait to book our next stay

Fabulous hotel. Heard it was good and wanted to try it in comparison to our self catering unit, also in Benidorm. Shouldn't have done that cos she didn't want to go back!. Even the public area toilets were fabulously clean. Entrtertainment every night was fun and, well, entertaining. I've been told I'd we go back to Benidorm that's where we will stay.

Had a very pleasAnt stay having just arrived back after a weeks break in this stylish hotel
Like most guests echo the location it's straight in centre of everything
Very clean good sized rooms food good with exception that more choice instead of chips at every meal - why not mash , boiled or jacket
The desserts are wonderful
For a my style choice hotel would expect coffee making facilities in room - we had to go out and buy a kettle
Sun / pool area very nice but because of location u will only get sun from about 1 pm unless u bag the 8 beds alongside the hotel side
All members of staff very friendly and helpful with exception of the male waiter in the outside bar who just seemed to go out of his way to make u wait for your drinks as long as he possibly could
Overall a 7.5 - 8/10 this is one of the better hotels in benidorm

I specifically booked this hotel based on reviews and I was definitely not disappointed. I travelled with my hubby and my brother and sister in law and this trip was a surprise for my hubby 40th birthday. It was our first time to Benidorm so we wanted an extra special hotel. The transfer from alicante to resort was only 40minutes but we were on t by e coach a further 1he 20 mins getting th through traffic and dropping people off so if going again I would definitely book a taxi. On arrival at the hotel my first impressions were WOW and that ccontinued for the rest of the holiday. The rooms were spotless; very modern, lovely comfortable beds and lots if finishing touches which you would expect after reading all the reviews. The food was fabulous, well presented and plenty of choice fir even the fussy eater. The staff were very friendly and helpful and on hubby birthday a bottle of champagne was left in an ice bucket with champagne flutes and a box of chocolates. It's in a great location, just 5 mins from the beach, and the same distance from the bars but without the noise. The pool area was quite small and only got the sun in the afternoons due to the tall hotel next door blocking the submit we just went to the beach in the mornings. To sum up..... Benidorm is a crazy place and not our usual kind of holiday but having said that, we will return to this hotel in September. If you are thinking about booking this hotel, don't think any longer just book it, you will not be disappointed

just returned having spent 6 days over Easter. The hotel is very clean and you can tell the décor is new. Bedrooms are modern and tastefully decorated, bathrooms are bright with a large walk-in shower. The outside front area is a must for people watching while you are enjoying a jug of sangria, bar prices are reasonable. Plenty of choice at dinner, more especially if you enjoy fish, usually had nice cakes! Men cannot wear vest tops for breakfast and have to wear long trousers for evening meals. Hotel staff are friendly. While we were there we saw 2 good comedians, Albie Senior and Gary George. A great place to visit is Albir, you can get the No.10 bus or the train, we went for a day and had the most amazing lunch at a place called Coco Loco right on the beach front on a corner. A tip for anyone who fancies going there, if you are eating, order 2 meals between 4, the portions are enormous and the sangria is fantastic, very strong. I would probably stay at this hotel again but not for a while, saw some lovely hotels in Albir and Altea that look nice and need a visit. One tip, the sun doesn't get to the pool area until about 1.30, but sitting at the front of the hotel in the sun is not to be sniffed at.

Room Tip: rooms overlooking the pool get the sun
