We had an 11 night stay end of Jan/beginning of Feb. The weather was surprisingly good but the best surprise was the hotel. Its a cracker! Spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds in nice bedrooms. I have seen more choice in food but what was presented was very good. We chatted to a lot of the residents and discovered that many of them were returning guests from the last couple of years. The hotel is therefore building up a steady, loyal customer base. The Riviera is dwarfed by its neighbouring hotels - maybe an example of small being beautiful. We will definitely return.

Room Tip: Even room numbers get more sunshine than odd numbers.

We normally spend a week in January , a party of around 26 from a linedance club. We have stayed at lots of hotels in this area but this is simply the best so far. Trying to book again for next year. A four star hotel, obviously we paid more but you can tell the difference. Adults only, only 97 rooms very little noise at night, may be different in the summer. I think the sheets were changed 2 or 3 times in the week, unlimited clean towels, room service available. Great prices for food and drink in the bar. The staff were extremely helpful at all times. Unlike a recent reviewer, there were problems with service in the bar serving the front of the hotel but could have been staff shortage on one day. Try the salads at lunch time! We found the food great and you have to remember that they do not have British butchers so sometimes the meat is not as tender as we like it but hey, the fish is great as are the salads,

Have just returned from a 5 night stay at this hotel, it was by far and away the best hotel we have stayed in and we have stayed in quite a few on our trips to Benidorm.
The hotel was immaculately clean, the staff were all so polite and would bend over backwards
to help to make your stay a pleasant one.
The food was superb, we had full board and each meal was different. The sweets and pastries were to die for.
the rooms were spacious, T.V showing british channels and the beds were the best we've ever slept on ,the memory foam mattresses were down to that.
All in all it was the little extras that made our stay special ,from the maid who could see that we needed extra pillows without us having to ask to the daily filling up of the toiletries. The waiters who poured your drinks with courtesy and the receptionists who were always obliging and professional in manner.
Superb hotel and staff that made our holiday most enjoyable .So much so that we've booked again for March.

Room Tip: Floors 1 to 5 have walk in showers. Floors 6 to 9 have bath with overhead showers

Stayed in this Hotel for two weeks and found all comments made on Trip Adviser are accurate.
The hotel is handy for all services. A short walk to beech, shops and buses.
The hotel is immaculately clean and throughout the day what seemed like an army of personnel were around to look after guests.
Receptionist were well informed and friendly as were the restaurant staff. The self -service buffet meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner were splendid and there was enough well -cooked food to satisfy even the most fastidious guest. No one could possibly complain about the choices of dishes and a packed lunch of adequate proportions is provided for those not wishing to return at lunch time.
All in all this is an excellent hotel. It won the 'Trip Adviser" hotel of the year accolade in 2013 and many of the guests I spoke to were thrilled at their holiday venue. Many are regular visitors and have been many times before.I hope to return in the not too distant future.

Room Tip: All rooms are good.

This is a super hotel. Small, but that is the beauty of it.
It is in a superb location, just around the corner from the strip, but not close enough to be disturbed by noise. We were there in winter though, so it may be different in the summer season. The rooms are well decorated and fresh looking. The beds are comfy, and the walk in shower is great.
The entertainment seemed of good quality, although we only stayed in to watch it on one night. The 'clapping man' bingo caller is. an entertainment all by himself!
The staff, without exception, were very friendly and efficient.
The food was good. Breakfast had everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed it all, including the freshly squeezed orange juice that everyone else has mentioned. There was plenty of choice at other meals.
Without doubt we would return to this hotel, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend others.
Uncle Ped's, situated just across the road, has entertainment every night, and the drinks are cheap. Pedro Bloom is well worth watching.
