Ideal location for visiting the old town. We had a junior suite, which was really comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was superb, we even sat outside one morning, which was lovely. Walking down into the Old Town was easy (if you're ok walking on cobbles!) It's near to both beaches, so not too far to work but be prepared for hills!

Room Tip: Be prepared for the noise of the sea, we found it to be very therapeutic!

Me & hubby spent Christmas here and it was perfect , the hotel is one of my top hotels for being spoiled & I've been spoiled ! Lovely staff ever were ! The food we were half board and had Christmas dinner was amazing all the dinners were taster menus and the food just kept on coming on all 3 nights , what a great chief ! Breakfast was special to no buffets etc everything was just brought to u ! Again fabulous and the views were simply lovely ! And I'm not a great sleeper but with the waves hitting the rocks every nite sent me into a lovely relaxing sleep ! Loved the old town were this hotel is ! The hotel is what took me to benidorm and it deserves all it's 5 stars ! Wonderfull ! Highly recommend the resturant if your not staying at this hotel again a fabulous chief

From the moment we arrived, our car was valet parked, we were treated like royalty, luggage was quietly taken to our room, as we sipped chilled cava. Our suite 'Elche', was perfect and the bathroom with jacuzzi bath, shower wet room and incredible views of both Levante and Poniente beaches! The location was perfect for walking into the old town and round the Tapas bars and shops, or strolling along either beach. The spa and gym were clean and perfectly situated. The food (breakfast) was fantastic and the service was friendly and polite. Certainly somewhere to go back to.

Room Tip: If you have the money get yourself a suite - do a long weekend, perfect for couples!

We went to the Villa Venecia for our Christmas trip this year and our stay was very enjoyable. We had a junior suite half board and could not fault the room. If you are a light sleeper then the sound of waves against the rocks might be too noisy for some. As we had half board we enjoyed the Christmas eve and Christmas day evening gala dinners and they were first class. Although the wife is not keen on shellfish she enjoyed the food and the matching wines were good. Why not a 5 ratings, there were times when there was confusion of where people were dining and at what time. This was only a minor distraction from the overall experience. Be aware that driving to the hotel is not easy and phoning ahead is required even though we were not told this ourselves during our reservation confirmation call with the hotel. The staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. Overall 4.5 rating.

We stayed here for 3 nights in June and we would happily come back again. The hotel was quiet and the staff very helpful. We had a beautiful room with a stunning view. Breakfast was generous and perfectly cooked and we are over looking the sea. The hotel is close enough to the benidorm strip so you can enjoy the night life and day activities but is far enough away to have some peace.

Looking forward to going back one day.
