“Very friendly hotel.”
Reviewed 21 September 2013

Had my reservations after reading some terrible reports. If you cannot leave constructive critcism then why bother? It is situated in a Residential Loop, which is why the Bus drops you at the Mercado as it is tight for the Bus to get past badly parked cars.
The idiot who says he was dropped a mile away is telling porkies. Yes you have to climb the stairs, but they are not BIG steps, and there is a ramp alongside. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my weeks stay here. Food was very good, although choice of Tea Bags was limited, so take your own if you want a UK type cuppa. It does have a predominance of Spanish and Portugese elder couples holidaying there, so a lot of the entertainment is geared to older tastes. Most people going to Benidorm go for the Nightlife down in the Old or New Town areas, so it wont affect them in the slightest. The Staff were very friendly and everyone at Reception spoke better English than some people I've met at home in the UK. Bar measures were HUGE, and VERY reasonably priced.
Rooms were clean and the maid was in every day cleaning and leaving fresh towels. It did have twin beds, but you can cuddle up if you are not overly obese. Neither of us fell out of bed during the night, so not the smallest beds either.
We left loose change laying around all the time and never had anything go missing. The safe costs 18 euros for the week, but 6 euros is refundable when you return the key on checkout.
We had a room on the 11th floor and the view was awesome. It looks to me as though EVERY room has a Balcony, so don't pay extra, as it comes as standard.
Don't be put off by some of the negative comments. If you go with an open mind then you will enjoy this hotel. It is not the Taj Mahal, but it's NOT the dump some people on here are implying either. Jim

Room Tip: Obviously, Higher floors give better views of the sea

Booked this hotel as a last minute holiday. Saw some awfull reviews after booking, but this hotel was nothing like those awfull reviews! It was clean, tidy, and the staff were very helpfull.
Its in the old town of benidorm and about a 40min walk from new town or 10euros for a taxi (each way). Not recommended for the young/families as too far out from all amenities! Beach was only 5 mins walk which was good!
Only real fault is that first thing in the morning and last thing at night you can hear everything from the room, from the entertainment- to the people in the corridor!
But overall a nice hotel.

Got to hotel after being dropped off at the bottom of the road and having to climb about 70 steps which ok was a little tiring after travelling but it wasn't the end of the world. First impressions of the hotel was " it looks nice" nice poolside and nice entrance. Got into hotel and it was a typical 3 star Spanish hotel which was fine, eventually got to the room and it was basic but had a sea and poolside view but we were 9 floors up which was cool, for a last minute week away it was fine. The first day we went to the beach came back and the room had been cleaned but also a brand new bottle of YSL M7 aftershave had gone missing, tried to report this to the duty manager who spoke fine English until I said that I wanted to make a complaint, who then said he didn't speak English. Also then didn't see the cleaning staff for a few days and only cleaned the rooms the last two days when we went there. The bathroom flooded every time you emptied the sink or bath from a drain in the bathroom floor which was a health and safety issue as it was way to wet to walk on. British travel companies shouldn't recommend this hotel as they clearly don't want British people there and has to be the worst and the most unhelpfull hotel iv stayed in,

this was a really nice hotel staff very friendly and helpful food good but repetitive. the hotel itself was immaculately clean. the bar was well stocked only thing i didnt like is platic cups for all inclusive customer no matter what they are drinking even hot beverages. very close to the beach and amenities more than adequate though we had to go to the petrol station on the sunday nught for milk for our young daughter all shops closed by 9 on that day.

Room Tip: all rooms face same way we were 423 and had a sea view from balcony (just) so higher if that is what...

A group of 9 of us stayed here for a long weekend in May. Its in the Old Town, close to the beach and a short taxi ride (approx 8 Euros) to the main bars in the New Town.
We stayed here because it was cheap, all inclusive and we just wanted somewhere to sleep, eat and drink for the weekend.
There is plenty of food to choose from at the buffet, fresh salad, meat, fruit and hot food. The hotel decor is very tired but its really clean. The staff are helpful in relation to the basics; they booked taxis for us, phoned to confirm our transfer so I cant complain.

Also, coaches are unable to park outside to drop people off at the hotel entrance as the road is too narrow. You do get dropped off at the bottom of a small hill. There are stairs and a ramp but it is not suitable for families with kids, wheelchair users or those you struggle with a flight of steps as you have to carry your luggage in the heat up the hill.

Id say this hotel is ideal for people who are realistic and understand that you get what you pay for.

I found this hotel clean and value for money. But the down side is with all inclusive I feel we were looked down on by the staff and a lot of them weren't that friendly. Also if you we're not up by 8am you could not get to lie out at the hotel other guests had left there towels on them to reserve. The steps up to the hotel are quite steep I wud hate to see A wheelchair user using the ramp up to it as its very steep. Even with all this I wud stay there again but only on a room bases you can get lovely food in the old town for really cheap.
