We were a group of 13 people ranging in age from 5 yr.old to 68 yrs and we all enjoyed our holiday. The Hotel was everything we wanted it was very clean the maid service in the bedroom was very good. We were full board and the food was hot and tasty and the Saturday night seafood was really great. The pool was clean and we went into it every day the staff were all polite and very friendly and the maintenance very quick and efficient. The only downside was the noise at night but as we had stayed in the Hotel for one night many years ago we knew what to expect. You either ask for a quieter room, invest in ear plugs or make sure you are not on the side of the all night club opposite. The entertainment in the bars all around is great, or you can take a 5 minute walk down to the seafront and walk for miles stopping in any of the many bars along the way. For trips the Dolphin show is a must and the Aqua park or even the Theme park. The downside for my daughter was that the Hotel did not have enough entertainment for her 5yr. old during the day to give them a small break but it did not spoil their holiday and we will all love to go back in the future.

Stayed with 3 female friends for 4 nights in Sept11, chose the hotel for location and we were all really pleased. Requested adjacent rooms and got them. Bang in the centre of all the main night-life which makes walking home safe. Lovely clean hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and food good although we didn't make many meals!! Can't comment on noise from nearby bars as we didn't roll in until after 6am! Decent pool although we mainly went to the beach. Tikki bar on the beach front is the place to go for daytime drinking if you want a laugh. Would definitely stay at the Presidente again.

The Presidente Hotel is an excellent hotel with a great location, 5 minute walk to the beach and surrounded by excellent bars.

The food was excellent with a good choice and rarely for a hotel, hot. Breakfast was one of the best i have experienced at a 3* hotel.

We were on the 9th floor (932) looking out over the street but had no problems with noise of any kind, The room had recently been refurbished. As already mentioned the beds were a bit hard for my liking but soon got used to it. Bathroom was a good size with a large shower. Having an end room meant that we had a very large private balcony which was good for getting some sunbathing on when we left the pool area.

The maids did an excellent job and were always on hand to help with any problems i.e. extra pillows.

The pool area was adequate, not the largest pool. However never a problem getting a sunbed.

Some of the bar and restaurant staff seemed a bit miserable but hey who wouldnt be having to look after all us brits.

Overall i would fully recommend the Presidente Hotel for anyone going to Benidorm

Room Tip: Corner room for extra large balcony

Just returned after a 2nd visit to the Presidente hotel. Good hot tasty food with happy staff, the sea food night on Saturday was my husband's favourite. The beds were a bit hard but the maid service was very good.Management were trying to sort out the pool area removing towels if no one was on them by 10am. Could always find a sunbed but need some more parasols as they were few and far between. Well done Presidente, see you soon.

Room Tip: Pay the supplement for a pool view room, worth every euro.

Stayed at the Presidente for 5 nights , great centrally placed hotel, close to all the bars and caberret clubs. We stayed full board and could'nt fault the food. The hotel is spotless and the room cleaners are a credit to the place. Plenty of sun beds no need to get up like the idiots waiting to put their towels out at 8.30am. Stroll out after breakfast and you will find plenty of spaces. Comedy club next to the hotel is cheap 2euros a pint and some good acts. Only gripe extremely hard beds! Get to the amstell bar on the prom for an ice cold lager.

Room Tip: pool view room for a quieter sleep.

CHECK IN:
Arrived at hotel 1.45pm, very fast check in, safe 15€ nothing back, fridge 30€ nothing back, tv 15€ but you get that back at end of stay. Given room 716 on street side.

ROOM:
Very clean and modern decor having just had a refurb, massive bathroom with corner spa bath and shower. Flat screen tv. Just to make it clear we DID NOT get disturbed at all by the so called noise on the street side. Yes you could hear noise if standing on balcony but we closed balcony doors and curtains on a night and the noise of the air con blotted it out.

FOOD: excellent, best I've ever had in a hotel. I'm very picky and moan about food abroad but I managed to eat very well everyday on fullboard basis. Large selection and variety.

POOL: 1 rectangular large pool that you literally walk into and it gradually gets deeper. small childrens pool, and jacuzzi lots of sun beds and brollies. Up some staires- a large sun terrace with jucuzzi (adults escape from kids up there). There are ping pong tables. Outdoor pool area does not open until 9am which I thought was excellent as you have plenty time to get up on a morning and have breakfast and still be able to get beds and brollies..some mornings I went to the pool at 9.15-9.30 and got beds and brolly no problem but be warned if you leave your bed unattended at 10am the hotel staff pull the towels off (a sign does tell you this). There is a snack bar outside, a little pricey compared to supermarket right across the road from hotel, a sign says you cannot bring in your own food or drink around the pool area but we managed to do it everyday without anyone stopping us. Pool area lovely.

ENTERTAINMENT: daytime included water polo etc, ping pong, wii competitions etc, night time was a man playing a keyboard and singing every night in the bar. However, the comedy club is located underneath the hotel, doors opposite the restaurant and entertainment is fabulous, with tributes to adele, black eyed peas, pink, girls aloud, westlife, take that, queen, meat loaf etc etc comedians, so don't sit upstairs go downstairs.

LOCATION: central to everything, beach down the street, directly outside is bars and shops..you get discount on drinks in the comedy club, suprise attack, western bar and Morgan tavern (the biggest clubs showing entertainment) just show room card to bar staff to get discount.

OVERALL: excellent hotel. We had a fantastic holiday, much better than sister hotel ambassador playa that we stayed in last year! There is something for everyone and all ages. We only paid £413 each for 1 week full board with jet2holidays everything included transfers etc from 24th-31st august..bargain! See photos.
