“Fantastic Hotel”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 20 September 2013 via mobile

stayed 2 weeks full board and the food was delicious. Plenty to choose from. Salad bar was great and the desserts were gorgeous. The head waiter always helps you find a table if its busy, tables are cleared quickly by very friendly staff and the dining room as is the whole hotel immaculate. We had a room on the top floor, road side (924), had amazing views of surrounding area and could see the sea, however it was a little noisy outside so remember ear plugs and it won't disturb you. Towels are changed everyday, bedding regularly and room cleaned everyday to perfection. Safe is in the room to hire, a fridge can be hired too. TV if you want it , remote control obtained from reception after leaving a 10 euro deposit which you get back, English channels if you cant live without Corro and Eastenders! We never had a problem getting a sunbed. The location is perfect for the beach and the main bars around the strip. I am a regular visitor to Benidorm and would definitely recommend this hotel as one of the best 3 stars there.

Stayed at this hotel from 3rd to 17th September 2013 on half board. Myself, wife and son all agreed that our stay was excellent. Pre booked a pool view room and given a room on the third floor overlooking the pool (room 307). Room was big enough for three adults with three single beds. Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels left. Pool area was cleaned daily, the pool itself was a walk in one which suited my wife. Easy to get a sun bed throughout the day but we preferred to be beside the pool so chose to join the 08.30 queue to reserve 3 sun beds. As we were staying half board we some days ordered food from the pool side bar, the cheese burgers were very tasty and highly recommended. There was plenty of choice at breakfast inc full English (even black pudding) and the evening meal was also excellent with plenty of variety. I cannot stress enough how good the food was and must congratulate all the resteraunt staff for their hard work. I would highly recommend this hotel and will be returning ourselves.

Room Tip: Pool view rooms are quieter.

Well this was our 3rd year on the trot at Presidente, very disappointed this year in quality and choice of food, it seemed this year was very much catered for the Spanish guest. Sundays main evening meal if you don't like Spanish food was chicken wings, thank goodness there is a nice steak house on Med drive and good old Tony Roma. We returned because of how good the food was, a lot of the staff who greeted you with a smile and a joke in past all seem very down in the dumps this time. Hotel still clean and well maintained and the rat run for the sunbeds seems to be over plenty of beds going.. If you are a disabled traveller and use a buggy then this is not for you, as this year you have to use the underground car park at rear of hotel to store and charge your buggy, this was very scary late at night, and also a long walk if you only have one leg like my friend has. Will be fine for the salad dodgers who just love to use a buggy just because they can... Sorry President but we wont be back

Booked the day of travelling and didn't expect much of a 3 star, but we were very impressed. Lovely pool area with plenty of beds, fair sized double room with a dressing table (at last a place to do your hair!), excellent quiet air con, great little balcony, and hot powerful shower. Absolutely immaculate, really deserves the high trip advisor rating. Only had breakfast on the last day, but again, were hugely impressed. Massive selection and completely caters for the all British guests, all fry up ingredients and a good selection of cheese and meats. About a 10 minute walk to beach or the new town night-life. We love dinner in the old town before we hit the bar scene, from the hotel to the old town would be a good 40 minute walk as its the other end of the bay, but a taxi only costs 7 euro along so was perfect. Have stayed in much worse 4 stars in Benidorm, this is a brilliant hotel - would definitely recommenced.
Hotel also has parking for 8 euro/night.

Stayed here for four nights and was extremely happy with the overall experience.
Would recommend full board as the food on offer was absolutely brilliant with plenty of choice to suit all tastes.
My room was ver clean, not on the large size but sufficient along with the balcony.
A little too close to the hustle and bustle if you are a light sleeper ensure you ask for a pool facing room to reduce the nightlife noise.

Overall a good centrally located hotel.

Just back having stayed for a 3 night girly break with 2 friends and had a great time here at presidente! Staff were kind, courteous and very helpful especially in Dining Hall and a special mention to Mar in the restaurant who was extremely nice and friendly and made our stay even more pleasant! Everything is at your Doorstep here and we will definately be making another appearance here! Well done to all at the presidente and keep up the good work
