Nice clean hotel, we were on a stag doo 52 in all and we're housed in one of the annexes that surround the pool, nice clean room with 4 single beds suites us fine. food was ok a little repetitive but ok non the less. The hotel seems to cater for mainly stags and hens so beware if you are a family although from what I seen families were housed on the main hotel building whereas the stags and hens seemed to be in the annexes . All in all a good hotel.

I didnt know that Benidorm would be like as I had heard it wasn't a nice place to go . I loved it . Hotel was clean , well air conditioned , with mainly friendly staff. Some of the bar staff were grumpy but done of the guests were very loud at the bar too . Although saying that they didn't spoil our stay .
Rooms spotless and chamber maid service good . Wifi good. Reception staff and guest services helpful. Would definitely go again. Bars in the centre were as mad as you wanted them to be . You could be loud or sit in quite bar !!! Brilliant place !!!

I booked two rooms half board here for just one night in June. We were given two rooms in block 3 by the pool.
One room was beside the block entry door and every time the block door closed it slammed shut making a loud noise and shaking the room wall, the second room was also on the ground floor and had a really bad smell of drains.
After complaining we were moved to new rooms, one on a higher pool facing room in the same block and the other in block 4. Both new rooms were fine although one was missing a TV controller.
We compared notes the next morning and while we had a good sleep in block 4, my son in block 3 had been kept awake by a stag party all night.
None of us were much impressed by our dinner, we have had much better food at smaller hotels in Benidorm, breakfast was good. The staff in the restaurant were very friendly and efficient. Reception staff were often overwhelmed. Checking in seemed to take ages, and when I paid my bill in the morning, there were just two staff on and behind me a queue to check of about 30 people. I imagine it can take hours to check in sometimes.
I wouldn't stay at this hotel again.

OK, where do I start...We stayed here from 12/06/14 until 19/06/14 as it was a family holiday.

Check in went well and allocated a room in Block 5 by the pool. From there on it went down hill rapidly. Once by the pool I was surprised to see the hotel allowing Stag parties in excess of thirty males, which would be OK if they got drunk and went to bed without bothering others! One lot caused that much strife on the weekend that the Police stormed the pool area during the day in riot gear. Oh, then the hotel continued to sell the guilty party more alcohol.

Food in the morning was good as was most evenings. Children are very poorly catered for and unless your kids drink coke or fizzy drinks you cant buy still juices in the dining hall at all.

Some of the staff are helpful, however others look unhappy to serve you. Over all the hotel is fairly clean and rooms are changed daily. One positive is that beds and A/C are great.

On the day we checked out we were informed that there was a complimentary breakfast, however it was not laid out and my wife had to address the issue with a manager who did nothing to alleviate the problem.

We have stayed all over in Benidorm over the years. Our experience at this hotel was a culmination of rowdy individuals and pig ignorant staff. One positive was that the kids club staff did try their best and were always smiling.

I appreciate that most reviews are positive in relation to the Pueblo, however if this is to continue to be a family hotel they need to address the issue of Disorderly Behaviour concerning guests, especially in front of young children.

We will not return to this hotel...!

Room Tip: Pick the tower block.

the hotel was very clean, good location for getting around Benidorm, food was great although you don't get any drinks, including water or soft, included in Lunch or evening meals
If I was finding fault it would be with the music around the pools through the day,bit to loud for us,I think this may be a seasonal thing, friends who've been earlier in the year haven't experienced this, though we
would deffinatly use this hotel again

Visited the Pueblo between the 9th and 18th June for the second time this year. I cannot fault this hotel whatsoever, especially it's value for money. On check in got the type of room and location I'd requested (in the tower) by a very pleasant Spanish man on reception. Infact I couldn't fault any of the staff all polite and good at their jobs, special praise to the cleaner on the 5th floor. The room was spacious and extremely clean, watch out you don't flood your bathroom though with the extremely powerful shower like I did. Balcony a decent size for two people and a telly that has numerous British channels. Food was great at both breakfast and dinner with lots of choice and a great quality. The facillities of the hotel are very good with a nice big pool area with lots of sunloungers. Entertainment looked ok but being out most of the day and night didn't get chance to sample it really.

Overall another great stay in a hotel that keeps getting better. The pueblo is highly recommended from me.
