Holidayed here with my Husband, 15yr old daughter & her friend from Fri 11th July - Fri 18th July 2014. We stayed on the 13th Floor with a pool view (Room 3010 & Room 3011), such amazing views but I'm not keen on heights so had bother going onto the balcony.

Hotel was very clean, maid service daily.

The room was basic and quite small. The TV had a few English channels. The corner shower was good and there was a cute round sink in the Bathroom. It had a small fridge under the desk which held two 2lt bottles of coke for example. A/C unit was noisy but rooms were nice and cool as we had temperatures of 38 degrees towards the end of our holiday. Tip** keep one of the room keys (you get 2) in the switch at all times so your room is nice and cool when you return.

If you want a sun-lounger by the pool make sure to go down no later than 9am as everyone reserves them with their towels. Not enough loungers for the amount of guests staying here.
It was full of Spanish guests whereas we're normally used to more British people around the pool.

Staff were pleasant though there was no craic with any of them. There was no atmosphere in the Hotel at all.

I recommend trying a Banana Daiquiri from the Hotel Bar... 5.50€ and absolutely delicious!

Entertainment was all in Spanish and was pretty poor. Kids club was in Spanish also!

Hotel was central within a short walking distance to British square where all the pubs & entertainment was which was great and far enough away that it wasn't too noisy at night. 10 min walk from the beach. **Get a cocktail in Bikini Beach Bar... 6.50€ but worth it!

Free wifi in the hotel with good signal, however no signal at the pool or outside bar area which is disappointing.

Hotel food was poor. If you like sea-food then great but a very poor selection for those who don't. My daughter managed to get chicken nuggets served once in our weeks stay! Chips for breakfast??? It was edible at best. We paid for full-board but ate out 5 nights out of 7!

We received free tickets to Benidorm Palace on the Wednesday evening as we booked via Jet2.com and this was a great night out, very impressive show ( and we saved 116€) .

There's a huge market behind the Hotel on Sundays & Wednesdays but it is literally rows of market stalls selling the same tack.

Mini Golf directly behind the hotel also for the kids costing 4€ pp.

Great takeaway place on Calle Ibiza just past Buddies Bar, pizza slices for 1€ and Sausage rolls and cornish pasties and pork pies for 1.50€... open to all hours in the morning! Great when you're peckish after a night out!

Overall we had a nice stay in this Hotel but I doubt we would return.

Room Tip: If staying in the main hotel block you will want a room on the 4th floor or above otherwise you have...

Dear guest,

Firstly, we would like to thank you for your nice comments your recommendations about our hotel.

Here at Servigroup, we understand that hotel food plays a very significant part in our guest’s holiday enjoyment and although we have aimed to incorporate international dishes to suit all palates, we appreciate that food choice is very much based on individual preference. If you had informed the restaurant staff, they would have prepared something else for you as the staff is always available for our guests´ needs.
During high season, our hotel chain receives an international clientele which means we have to provide a varied entertainment programme to suit all nationalities. We apologize if we didn´t manage to entertain you.
Regarding the language, we have passed your comment to the entertainment team to detect any possible error, as they have instructions to speak in both Spanish and English.
We do very much appreciate our guests’ opinions as customer satisfaction is our sole aim and we are sorry to hear that your stay didn’t meet with your expectations.

Kind regards,
Customer Service.

Six of us spent four nights full board at this hotel. Our accommodation was in the main building on the 14th floor. The view was great if you have a head for heights. We arrived on the Saturday and left wednesday - there were a few hen and stag parties which might put some people off but there was no noise. The accommodation was very clean and there was great selection of food at every meal with sparking wine offered at breakfast! The staff were pleasant. There were plenty of sunbeds by the pools. Would recommend a short break here.

Room Tip: would recommend a room facing the pool. Rooms facing the street much quieter the higher up you are...

Fourth year in Benidorm but first time in the Pueblo.
The Good. Clean, very friendly staff, good food, free wifi, aircon in the rooms.
Cant complain about any of the above... Now
The bad. Small rooms, we were in the low blocks, block 4, which despite the signs for quiet on the walls, was very noisy.
If you wasn't at the pool befor 9 am then forget about getting a bed. Throughout our stay there was never at any time more the about 40% of the beds occupied, despite a sign saying towels would be removed if unoccupied for a certain period of time.
While at the pool from 9 am to 7 pm the music was very loud. VERY loud. I asked once for it to be turned down, which it was, but not for very long. I have holidays to relax but I felt I was in a nightclub most of the time. This is not an 18-30 resort!
So the friendliness of the staff and good food is not enough for me the think of ever returning to the Pueblo, I'd have more chance of relaxing at Glastonbury.

Dear guest,

Firstly, we would like to thank you for your comments as knowing your opinion is the best tool to improve our service.

We apologize if you found it hard to find a sunbed. There are signs around the pool area indicating that it is forbidden to reserve them. However, we are conscious that there are some guests that don´t respect this rule. If you had informed the lifeguard, he would have would have removed the towels in those sunbeds which were unoccupied.

With reference to the music in the pool area, we have passed your comment to the entertainment team to detect any possible error as they should only increase the volume of the music for the entertainment activities but, during the rest of the day this volume should be lower.

Once again, please accept my sincerest apology for any inconvenience caused.
Kind regards,
Customer Service.

We went with a group of girls for a hen weekend (Thurs - Sunday). I will be honest, I did not know what to expect as I had a bad experience in Ibiza earlier in the year. That particular hotel was full of loud mouthed stags and hens who totally spoiled it, this hotel however had plenty stags and hens but it was fab. We never once heard a thing at night and everyone was respectful and there to have a good time.
The hotel is in a great position centrally located for the beach and the bars. Everything is spotless, the staff are really friendly and accommodating and the food is good and plentiful. The only negative I have is that the room was a tad small for 3 people and the balconies were too small to sit out on. Overall fantastic value for money. I would certainly recommend it. Free Wifi is great.

We have stayed at the Pueblo each year for the last three years.

We have never been disappointed with the food / staff. Free WIFI and we have been to see the Benidorm Palace show for free each time we have stayed.

It is in a good location, approx. 10 min walk to the beach. Right next to the market which is on Sunday & Wednesday, approx. 30 min stroll to the old town. Far enough away from the pubs & clubs that you are not bothered by the noise, but equally close enough to walk to if this is what you enjoy.

Sometimes when the hotel is busy with stag / hen parties the cleanliness of the hotel suffers.

The rooms are basic but mainly clean. The bathroom has a great power shower, however is very small.

Room Tip: There are 4 lifts in the hotel and approx. 16 floors, get a room where you can walk down the stairs...

I stayed here May 2014 for a Hens weekend. We stayed from Thursday to Monday. When we arrived check in was quick. We had booked 5 rooms and asked for the to be together and they were. Rooms were small enough but served a purpose. They were clean and modern. Pool are was lovely plenty of loungers but then again in was May. There were other hen and stag party's there and they were a bit loud around the pool. If I had of been there with my children I would not have been happy as they were very inappropriate with young children around. The hotel is only a 2 minute walk from the main strip about 10 minute walk from the beach and shops. Supermarket right next door. We didn't drink or eat in the hotel so I can't comment of prices. We had booked breakfast but when we went for breakfast the 1st morning it was vile so don't book meals. There are plenty of places to eat around and they are soooo cheap. The food was all I could complain about in this hotel.
