Just back from a five day break here, had a fabulous time.Food an drinks were great, hotel is very modern an spotlessly clean.Rooftop pool is fantastic if u just want to cool down but not if your looking to swim or kids want to splash about/lilos etc.Had an incident with a member of staff whom other guests had made complaints about an it was dealt with immediately an very professionally by Sol who couldnt be more apologetic. Manager then emailed me (i was home by this stage)an had handled the matter approperly an offered discount for a future visit (nice touch)Apart from this incident had an amazing time an will definitely be back

Nice hotel with lovely staff. Food ok with plenty of choice for meat eaters not so much choice other wise. Location a little out of the way but easy to find way around. Roof top terrace nice but need to be up there as soon as it opens if you want a sun lounger. Guests soon put their towels on to occupie them which is really annoying when they dont use them for hours

Stayed for 5 nights in June with my family 18 yrs to 75 yrs and had a great time. All the staff were so friendly and kind. The hotel is very clean and the food was pretty good. I was very sceptical about Benidorm but the old town is lovely. Not recommended for party animals as it’s quite far from the strip and a lot of the guests were older and Spanish which was perfect for us but not really for 18-30 brits!! The roof top terrace is lovely but no pool up there, just a large jacuzzi which is fine to cool you down but don’t expect to do any lengths in it!! There is however a pool down stairs and across the road which is lovely and only open to guests. Doesn’t get full sun until lunch time, but the shade was more than welcome. You can take drinks over from the hotel and it has a toilet and shower so what more do you need!!
Big thanks to all the staff but especially Liam and Enrique for making our stay even more enjoyable, oh and even the 80+ year old Spanish owner popped in every day to make sure everything was ticking over ok.
I would definitely go back to this hotel, it was relaxing and very enjoyable. First time in Benidorm but hopefully not the last. Especially in the old town, the beaches were busy but beautiful.
