Family holiday, lovely family hotel ideal daytime activities. Night time entertainment a bit disorientated and in need of refresh and organisation if I'm being honest, but wouldn't put me of recommending for young family holiday.

I went with 7 of the girls on my hen do to Benidorm and we stayed here at Terralta. It was the most brilliant time.

The aparthotel was beautfully clean, spotless, very well decorated, all fresh and newly refurbished and the facilites are excellent. The service when greeted was excellent and so accommodating and they upgraded all four of our rooms from single rooms that we had booked to double bedroom family suites!! Free of charge. The facilities on the last day were fantastic and there was a shower room and luggage store room again all free of charge.

Everywhere was so clean, no dust, no dirt, not a single bug! Although we stayed for 4 nights, we still had our sheets and towels changed half way through our stay so again, really great service.

Tht epool was absolutely lovely and the whole experience was the best, I could not fault it and we have so many happy memories of being there and staying at this place, I was very sad to leave on the last day. Staff at reception, so helpful, drew us a map of the best places to go, booked us taxis which arrived within 2 minutes, gave great information. The best!

We would definitely return. Hope this review helps. N Walker

Stayed at the Terralta apartments from the 18th june- 23rd june, we went as a family myself and 2 teenagers (17) and one child (7). We all had a fantastic time here, apartments had all you needed and very clean and spacious. We stayed all inclusive and there was always something to eat no matter how fussy you are. Kids had a great time even the 2 teenagers we met some lovely people here and the staff especially behind the bar were fantastic always smiling. Ok its not 5 star but for a great family relaxed holiday then i would choose here again, its not in the heart of Benidorm but easily reached on foot or by bus or taxi . I would highly recommend these apartments, yes there is a hill back up to these apartments i would only say it would cause problems if you suffer from any illness that would prevent you walking up a hill. We all managed it fine as your on holiday its a slow walk at an easy pace as we was in no rush when walking ...

Room Tip: Rooms facing the pool area will be noisier as this will face on to the entertainment and night and o...

I was dubious about going to Benidorm at all, the thought of a high rise concrete block and a pool by the main road did not sell it for me. this is what most of the other hotels are like near to the main town. We booked Terralta because it was good value and was only 3 floors and the substantial pool was enclosed away from the road in the middle of the complex.
I had requested (after reading Trip Advisor reviews) to have a quiet room on top floor block 2 or 3 with a pool view. That is exactly what we were allocated. The rooms were really spacious and had a full kitchen! very clean and tidy.
I knew when I booked it that it would be 20mins walk to the beach and to the old town. Its actually a good 25 to the main Levante Beach but we liked the walk. There is a steep hill part so if you are not fit then what they call 'cardiac hill' may not suit you!! A taxi from town or from the beach is only 7euros. We walked to and from the beach and in the evening walked down town and got a taxi back. The Old town was lovely, little streets of tapas restaurants and bars. On the beach front there are 2 live music bars - Daytona and Heartbreak hotel. they have bands or singers on every afternoon from 3.30pm til midnight. These get very busy Thurs through to Sunday (there a was quite a lot of stag/hen parties about at the weekend) but are brilliant bars. A drink gets more expensive after 7pm in these bars though. Before 7pm a pint is 2.50 after 7pm its 4 euros. the further down the beach you go the closer to new town you get (the part where all the tacky Benidorm is, party central, starts at 11pm, where the youngsters go). We didn't go there but went as far as Tiki Bar on the beach front which was half way there!!
The main beach itself is lovely wide white sands. The front by the sea edge is packed. Everyone crams there sunbeds together but there are plenty of sunbeds and we just got them further back and more spaced out so your not on top of one another. 4euros per bed.
Restaurants :- if you walked to the bottom of the hill and turned left at the bottom that was the way to Old town and the beach, if you like tapas then old town is the place to go. There are other restaurants and off the beach in the streets behind there are plenty of café restaurants with seating out on the pedestrian streets. If you go right at the bottom of cardiac hill, past Burger King and walk along the front for about 5 mins there is a café called 'Friends Beach café' they do the BEST pizza and they are massive. If you are a pizza fan definitely go try one!!
The hotel itself had just gone all inc although we were on self catering you could upgrade if you wanted. We weren't there to stay in the hotel as we wanted to eat/drink out and on a couple of occasions we got back to the bar before midnight the entertainment was pretty rubbish!! Terrible karaoke and one night a really drab bingo session (shoot me now!!) Ok I suppose if you have got to watch the kids run around.
The shop on site sells fresh bread, essentials etc but nothing else fresh. If you walk down the main hill and follow the road left you come across a larger supermarket 10 mins from the hotel, stock up there its half the price.
Tip- they request 30euros per person as a damage deposit for the room. We got this back no problem on check out but that's 30 euros each you might not have budgeted for! Use it for your duty free. All in all a good hotel if you don't mind the walk and I surpisingly loved Benidorm!

Room Tip: Top floor away from the restaurant will be quieter. block 2 or 3. Just make the request with your ho...

We are a family of 2 adults and 3 children ages 9,6 and 3. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment on self catering basis and got a very cheap deal. The room was great, very spacious. It was above the bar overlooking the pool. Only problem was it was very noisy until after midnight with the entertainment. The entertainment was very poor, even the kids complained about it. We went to the old town most evenings. The hill is ok but it does become a chore by the end of your holiday. The taxis only carry 4 people but we did find some would take all five of us with the little one on my knee. Overall these are great apartments for self catering if you want away from the busy centre but I don't think I would like to be all inclusive here, there's not enough going on in the hotel.

Just came back from 2 weeks at the Terralta Apts, staying the 10th - 24th june. The apts are spacious, well equipped and clean. The pool area pool are excellent for families, with a shallow end for babies. There are plenty of loungers for everyone, but a no parasols if you want some shade, also there is a charge for the lounger matresses. The wifi is expensive at 20 euros a week, that only covers one device, there is no free wifi anywhere in hotel. We were not all inclusive, but spoke to many people who were saying that the food was not good at all, but for self catering, it was absolutely fine. The staff are all very freindly, and helpful. The hill leading to and from the nearest beach is a bit of a walk, but bearable, if you need to go further into the old or new town, a taxi is advisable. We were a group of 10 adults 4 children, ranging from 2-70 yrs old, and we had a great time, and we would stay here again if it were nearer to the centre.
