Wasn't sure what to expect with this being our first "all inclusive holiday" but had nothing to worry about, this was a smashing hotel, the staff were all great, the food was very good too-you couldn't possibly leave the restaurant hungry!! We were on the 9th floor which was fine,no noise, clean & comfortable

Just back from a weeks holiday at the above hotel. It is one of the best all inclusive hotels in Benidorm. The rooms are very roomy and clean, the food was excellant and hot. The staff friendly and when u said thank you to them they replied ur welcome. I would recommend this hotel to anyone dont be afraid to go and try.

Good hotel as just returned from a week's all inclusive.

Refurbished rooms and the indoor pool great.

Good food and variety and great staff.

Sometimes food was a tad cold having been left from breakfast at snack time.

A bit like one foot in the grave but that is expected with the older clients 60-75 going this time of year.

Good show in downstairs bar.

You could get the bus outside the hotel to
Metro Centro for 1.45 euros and taxi just outside to levante beach for 5 euro.

Tropical bar great just up the road with acts like deb and her and queen singer not impersonator plus sue the Diana Ross singer. Great night bad good prices and strong drinks.

Benidorm palace is a must at 49 euro for 2. 5 hrs show with 4 course meal that included bottle champagne and bottle wine and water. Well worth doing.

A good holiday from a group of 6 aged 47-60.

Only down side you have to queue to book in which was quite long and queue again for your Id picture for your card on the normal room.

Was getting a bottle of wine that you could take to the table in the normal bar.then at night we were taking 4 bottles of wine to the room to drink on the room balcony with no probs.

You must show your card to get a drink and go around the side of the main bar to get coffee.

Good week in the hotel and would be back.

Stayed at the Flamingo Oasis two years ago and decided to return for a long weekend. We travelled independently and after reading some of the reviews was a bit skeptical. We were booked in with speed and by a very polite man on the reception, we were told that we were in a refurbished room that is usually allocated to Thomson guests but due to their under occupancy we were allocated one of their rooms! The room was large bright, spotlessly clean and comfortable. We found the food very acceptable, piping hot, very unusual for Spanish food, and a large selection. We had to smile when a rather large guest sat on the next table, after devouring two large plates of food complained about it being rubbish, then returned for more! Ok the food is not gourmet fine dining standard but even for the most picky eater there was plenty of choice. The food was constantly being replenished and the food service areas cleaned and tidied. Don't ever think a Spanish hotel can win when catering for mainly British guests on holiday with only the food to complain about! It caters solely for the British on holiday abroad.
The entertainment team worked extremely hard and provided excellent shows in the evening. The same has to be said for all the staff who all worked extremely hard to keep the hotel, clean, safe and tidy and running smoothly. I only hope that the hotel is not taken over solely by Thomson guests and standards slip as time goes by. It was also nice to see Spanish staying in the hotel, at times I did wonder what they thought of some of the British guests behavior though.
The drinks, all local brands were fine, again with plenty of choice and 'proper brands' available to purchase if you so wanted. The complaints about the quality I have read on some reviews did not stop guests ordering two at a time, several times over with a certain gusto when it got near to midnight and the bars closing!
The location of the hotel is a little way from the beach but a short walk takes you down to the lovely sandy beach and a very pleasant walk along the paseo into Benidorm.
All in all excellent value for money and a very enjoy break.

We stayed all inclusive at the end of the Fiesta. The hotel was very busy. Food was good in particular the breakfasts, although we enjoyed every meal we had there. Rooms were spacious, and the staff pretty friendly. We did not experience too much waiting for lifts, despite being on the 12th floor. The hotel is located pretty central for bars, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and Levante Beach. We have family in Benidorm who told us about the fancy dress party which happens at the end of the Spanish Fiesta. We had a great time, with everyone being friendly and just there for the sheer fun of it. The weather was pretty good though not as hot as the Canaries. We were very pleased with this hotel and it offers good value for money. I would say that like several of hotels in Benidorm it is in need of an update. We did have an incident with a lost toilet bag,and contents, and we were disappointed at the response by the staff. I have written to the hotel manager, but have yet to receive a reply. This incident was our only grouse about the hotel and staff, as otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Stayed 27/11-4/12. This was our 2nd visit to this hotel, stayed last year but earlier in the year.Emailed the hotel a couple of weeks before to ask if we could have a similar mountain view to last year, could only remember we were on floor 12 but not room No. Got a reply within 30 mins saying the room we had been in before, & they would try their best to give us the same room again. When we checked in we had the same room & the receptionist was aware of our request. That`s what I call service!! Room had been refurbished & was lovely, very clean & huge bathroom. Enjoyed having the settees to sit & read when a bit windy on balcony.
Food was lovely, 2 choices of soup lunch & dinner, salads, always plenty of choice of mains plus a carvery. I`m a very fussy eater but always found something to eat, usually spoilt for choice. Sweets were to die for.
Entertainment was good, saw some great shows & a terrific Lionel Richie tribute. There was also the piano bar if you didn`t fancy the show.
Staff are all lovely, very friendly & helpful, the restaurant staff are a delight, a credit to the restaurant manager.
We will definately be returning to the Flamingo Oasis, hopefully with family, can`t wait!

Room Tip: Rooms at the back have mountain view & are not overlooked.
