First class hotel, staff very friendly, rooms were very spacious and clean. The only thing that let it down was the food there was plenty of choice but the meat wasnt cooked properly and was sometimes raw. We were there in a group of 9 and the hotel was our choice and the food was a disappointment with our group. But on the whole a brilliant holiday.

Room Tip: A corner room on a high floor as you get excellent views.

Just spent a week in this hotel. What an amazing place! Room was clean and fresh.Clean towels supplied when needed . All the staff were helpful and polite,always smiling and the bar staff were really friendly couple of young men. The food in this hotel was outstanding,choices were amazing and always plenty! Couldn't fault anything.really pleasant week .

I visited this hotel in December and as usual in Benidorm enjoyed my holiday. I have not previously reviewed this hotel because it fell down on two points.
The main bar in the evening was very cold and was very unpleasant.
The other point was the food was on the main passable but is way behind it's next door neighbour, Flamingo Oasis on quality. The food cooked on the grill was a disgrace and a health hazard, being quickly cooked on the outside and raw inside. I returned uncooked chicken during one meal and got no response whatsoever.
Seeing the hotels responses to other reviews have angered me to make this review.
There was no management evident in this hotel, in general or in the dining room as they were too busy making sure the private functions held in the hotel were ok, to hell with guests staying in the hotel.
Maybe if there was guest relations evident when guests are actually staying there on holidays their very weak responses would mean something.
Wake up Levante Club and get your act together.

Thank you for taking your time to leave your comments,
They help us to improve our service. We apologize if you did not enjoy your meals, we offer our customer different menus weekly for lunch and dinner time, in each service it is included different kind of meat and fish, vegetables, paste, rice,.. .
We keep track a full Health and Safety programme, it includes daily temperatures controls and the level of cooking food.
In the Hotel there are always a responsable , in this case, Maitre, and the management always supervised all that happened in the hotel.
There is heating in all the public and private areas of the Hotel running all the day.

have stayed in this hotel many times and have always enjoyed it apart from the food / meals
we have repeatably complained on each visit and to a point they did improve but after a visit this dec we were very disappointed ,it was like a different hotel the food was terrible under cooked meats and cold vegetables not to mention the soup omg , we ate out most days
secondly the bar was cold at night and most people had to wear there coats
its sad because we like the hotel but can't put up with this any more considering this is classed as a 4 star hotel !!!
i would like to go back but some time but with out vast improvements its not going to happen

Room Tip: go for a low room as the lifts are a night mare

Went for an overnight stay - three women in our 50s. First two rooms we were given had not been cleaned. Third time lucky and we had a 'premier' room which was supposed to be an upgrade due to the previous two rooms being uncleaned. Average room. Only two cups and two beds although there were three of us. Lovely big terrace with sunbeds (two.) Used the spa but felt the communal areas needed a good clean. Had a massage which was excellent. Wouldn't rush back.
