It's a combination of traditional and modern Spanish and international cuisine. It's leaning towards contemporary style, but not completely.

You will find great tapas, crepes, the best cocas (Valencian mini pizza) and much more. You need to not be in a hurry. Enjoy great smooth jazz soft background music and great food.

We were greeted by a lovely waiter , we don't speak Spanish so he had a little English ,but good enough. .
I wanted to order the Puff Pastry with Mushrooms as on the menu but it wasn't on it anymore, just Puff Pastry with Mango and Foie Gras.. ya sure I'll get that...
My boyfriend ordered the Scrambled egg with Ibernian Ham... it came out like eggs and chips with bacon... it didn't look appetising just greasy spoon stuff. . . My starter was piping hot berry compote under Puff pastry with slightly seared Foie on the inside.. it didn't work especially when the the pastry was undercooked and soggy... for main I had the seared Tuna with wasabi mayo... I expected a homemade aoili but this was clearly not... no wasabi flavour whatsoever... the chef killed it in maldon Salt ... the steak my boyfriend was served came out on a sizzling cast iron dish, an appetiser sized portion of Gratin potatoes, no sauce, nothing else... we asked for sauce as we thought the server or chef had forgotten about it but we were given garlic mayo after a minute or two.. the steak wasn't seared , as though it had just been put into the oven and caked in more salt. . Every bite was pure salt . it was tough and hard to cut with a steak knife and took a while to chew . Poor meal . We always get dessert when out for a good meal but we were both put off it . The bill was all wrong prices were different on the till than the actual menu but worked out around the value we expected. . We came here from reading the 100+ great reviews , unfortunately it wasn't an enjoyable meal . The beer and glass of wine were OK.

Esperamos verles pronto.
Un saludo. José Miguel Tortosa

You need to search a little to find Taita but when you do you are rewarded by a wonderful dining experience, it was the highlight of our evening meals while we were in Benidorm. The owners were very helpful with suggestions with the menu and extremely friendly. The beautiful outside area has a feeling of calm although the inside looked very sophisticated. The food was fresh and full of flavour, served at just the right pace. We'll return to Taita next time we visit Benidorm, it is well worth the walk away from the coastline.

Excellent quality of food, reasonably priced in a quiet spot. Chef was very attentive and suggested a whole menu which proved to be delicious. Topped off by an excellent white Rioja. Bathroom was immaculate. Heartily recommend this place.
