“Great wee pub”
Reviewed 24 October 2013 via mobile

We have been coming to this bar for years and have always found the service great and food excellent value. The only difficulty here is choosing what to have on the menu as there are quite a few traditional favourites. The homemade steak pie is lovely and the cooked breakfasts the best in Benidorm. 'Kitchen Woman' we salute you! Tracy your service is first class and Steve is always up for some banter about the footie. If you are in the Levante area well worth a visit.

“The Best Eatery In Benidorm!”
Reviewed 16 October 2013

We have been visiting Benidorm for 10 years and we ALWAYS eat at The Geordie Pride. The owners, Steve & Chris are 2 of the nicest poeple that you will ever meet, always a warm welcome and they always recognise us as soon as we walk in even if they haven't seen us in over a year. The food there is second to none. We usually go All Inclusive in Benidorm but we still go to The Geordie Pride for our breakfasts as it is for me, the best English breakfast that I have had in Benidorm. We have eaten there for other meals as well and I have to say that we have always fully enjoyed what we have had. Nothing out of a tin (Unless you have Baked Beans), everything is cooked fresh, not cooked earlier and just kept warm.

In Summary, Great welcome, very nice poeple, Great Food, Great Beer and good prices. What more can you ask for.

Ken & Dawn, Oldham.

“The best”
Reviewed 8 September 2013

Lovely fresh cooked food. Lovely couple own and run this bar. My husband says this bar serves the best pint in Benidorm. When we are on holiday if we find a good eating place we stick with it and this place was the place in Benidorm we ate at this place a good few times. Every thing we had was lovely, good size portions and every thing cooked to order. On Saturday I seen the delivery of the fresh veg for the Sunday dinners Carrots, cabbage, cauliflower and Potato's. Give this bar a try you will not be disappointed I am sure. Defo try the breakfast its the best oh and the braising steak dinner with Yorkshire pudding.

“Geordie Pride, Benidorm”
Reviewed 10 June 2013

Portion sizes are good but veg, roast potatoes, yorkshire puddings are all frozen apart from possibly the mash. The "fish" in the fish and chips is not a real piece of fish but one of those battered fish portion things from Iceland Frozen food shop. The breakfast is the only meal that isnt made up of frozen foodstuff and is ok. The guy is pleasant enough but the wife makes you feel like you are wasting her time if you are not ready to order within a few minutes of sitting down and although she isnt verbally rude, you get the impression that she just wants you gone so that she can get back to sitting chatting to her mate the kitchen woman.Closes at 8pm.
